I am currently in the middle of a claim with this company. Anyway, they kept rejecting the police report I was uploading and there is no reason why. After 3 attempts, which by the way takes them 2 business days to review each time holding up the whole process, I finally called and was informed that I was uploading the incorrect version. Once I finally got the "correct" version uploaded it took another two day to accept then the claim kind of went into a limbo status as there is nothing updated on the web site other than Open or In review. Finally after weeks of calling for an update, which by they could only say each time "it's with the auditors and we can't give an ETA", I finally see that claim is in SUBMIT status. When I look at what they say they are paying, it doesn't fully cover the balance owed on the loan after the what the insurance already paid.
