Not to go into all the drama of it all but recently switched home owners and auto insurance due to the tremendous savings Ryan was able to offer. I encountered several issues with my escrow account (don't want to go there either) and emailed Ryan for advice on getting this handled. He jumped in with both feet, was the liaison between the actual policy writer and the escrow account. Continued to lead me with expert advice and was able to accomplish something that I was unable to do after two weeks of trying. It is awesome to have a professional, dedicated and knowledgeable person in a business that plays a major part of your day to day necessities like your insurance protection. Poor business practices. Failure to communicate and lack of accountability. I uploaded all…read morerequested documents only to find out they had not been sent to the actual company Bristol West Insurance. My insurance goes up $70. Once I noticed the increase I immediately called Bristol West adjusted my future payments and state Velox remove the $70 fee. They refused although the error was corrected 2 weeks prior yo payment being do. I politely addressed my concern and instead the agent kept regurgitating the fact they lowered future payments to what was orginally quoted. This to me is poor business practice.
