She asked for some very basic information and then found me the cheapest policy possible without obtaining all the relevant information from us and then acted irritated when I corrected her. Interestingly, even though my fact pattern changed drastically the same company was the cheapest. While this is possible, based on our interactions I was not convinced she was looking at multiple insurers as she claimed. When I said I needed to think about it and wasn't ready to pull the trigger that minute she became even more annoyed with me. At this point it became clear that Karen was only interested in getting her commission and getting out as quickly as possible. Ultimately if you're looking for a broker to help you figure out what policy amounts will actually be in your best interest and then search search to find you the best price this place is not for you.

Auto insurance is one of those things we hate to pay for but, its required. I had an issue with a claim where my insurance estimate was cancelled by corporate as they were unable to find my vehicle at the inspection yard. The tow company did not release my auto to the inspection yard until after the inspection date. So... Car not found inspection cancelled. This was the state for 16 days. I contacted Eric & his team, and explained that my repair inspection was 16 days or so overdue. 24 hours later after the escalation by Eric's Team...
