The agency I was with the guy retired & turned his business over to Drew Fincher. Ive been with State Farm for 35+ years. I was working with Rolando he was excellent but he left agency. I don't call often but the couple of time I have called to speak to Drew Fincher Never get a call back. I've left messages No return call back. I called re:increase in policy. Didn't get lady name I spoke to she was very Disrespectful ! She explained why I had an increase. Which I wasn't aware...So I cut her off..She asked me to be quiet while she explained. I did as she said...I started checking App & bank account. She kept talking & repeating herself I then asked her to Please be quiet as I did my research. She yelled at me stating I was being rude? And hung up on me! I was Never rude to her ! She showed No Patience!! She was trying to get me off the phone as I was trying to ask her to wait. Because I was trying to resolve situation without having to call back!!! After being hung up on..I called back several times& was sent to voicemail. I texted to speak to another agent or Drew Fincher . No One returned my call. I will not be treated like that ... hanging up on a customer is INSANE!!!! I never curse, yell, called her out her name nor was I disrespectful! If the calls are being recorded Drew need to go & listen...I'm taking my business elsewhere!! Thank you Drew Fincher!

I cancelled my policy back in April and went to his office to sign the proper documentation however I am still getting bills in the mail saying my policy is still active. In March my bank called me because there was a fraudulent charge on my account that my bank flagged. Apparently his office was attempting to withdraw from my account twice in the Month of March which prompted me to change insurance companies. Since then I have attempted to email, call and have physically gone to his office on 4 different occasions to resolve the matter and to disputes the charges all in which he was not there or unavailable. He is the epitome of corporate greed.
