I have been in Retail Customer Service for over 20 yrs and how the employees acted was not what I call good customer service. I went in to 1st get prints for my mom's 70th birthday party. The older guy in blue pointed to a kiosk, when I asked about them making prints with an online discount, he said the sale price would come up on the screen. I muddled my way through the scanner, etc standing up trying to ask for assistance(which printing was his job anyway) and he just said 8×10 look blurry with that small of a picture used. I submitted what I thought was correct, took a picture of the screen with order number and waited the 30 mins until ready by shopping the store. I picked up items from lots of depts, with no other associate asking if I needed help. Then I approached a worker to ask if they had a certain product and standing a short distance away, she didn't even acknowledge me, she just spent more time chatting about her personal life to a co-worker down the isle. When she finally stopped talking and asked what product I was looking for they didn't have it and I went on. I rounded the corner as she made a snide remark about what I had asked for. Then my prints were wrong and the associate at register seemed put-off that she had to make them the right size. Well if you had done your job in the 1st place, I could've been out quickly and not be upset with a bad experience! I work in shipping and deal with Amazon a lot and hardly ever order from them because they are making physical stores close. But seeing the way this main store, my pharmacy store is run, it is no wonder Amazon is getting the lion share of business these days. While I was in the store, I wasn't the only one they treated like that. I hope Management sees this and tries a pivot before perhaps you may not have jobs...

Then when you finally reach the front, you pray for anyone to barely regard you. I witnessed two of them just leave the store, with 17 people in line, instead of helping us! Furthermore, after you've received a notification on your phone confirming your RX's not ready, they rarely actually are. There is ALWAYS a problem. Walgreen has officially gone into the bin. Sometimes the assistants are kind; the rest of the times they are pretentious, God-complex, megalomaniacs. Find anywhere else to be at the mercy of what is currently (and continues to be, with no silver lining in sight) our Washington State Healthcare regime. We are all lambs to the slaughter.

I had forgotten about the pharmacy being closed for lunch from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM for lunch break. When I arrived a few minutes past 1:30 PM a very kind associate named Michael allowed me to pick up my eye drops, even though they were closing. When I got back to the car in the parking lot, I administered the eye drops and got immediate relief. Thank you Michael for your valuable service. This will not go unnoticed which is why I felt it necessary to update my review. You should be commended for excellent service and I will mention this to Gwen Rigor the next time I am there.

I hadn't had any issues my photo orders before, but when I ordered a magnet, it had multiple black marks printed on it. Luckily, I was able to get it replaced when I brought it in to show them. I was handed the new magnet without anything done on the computer to transact or cancel it because it didn't require payment, so I kept getting emails to pick up the order. Maybe I should have cancelled the new order after, but I didn't know. I feel like the photo worker could/should have done something. There's been certain products I've wanted to buy multiples of, but they didn't have enough in stock. It's annoying when I order things for pick up and need to meet the minimum, but they don't have enough items I want. It also took a while for them to restock. The prices (just like with any other Walgreens) are outrageously high. I would only shop here with rewards and/or a discount/sale.

But my favorite thing about this walgreens are the folks working the pharmacy. Very kind, friendly, and quick service. Pharmacy will call often to remind to pick up medication. As someone with ADHD, it is so, so, helpful to have reminders from the pharmacy. I imagine that these reminders are also helpful to those who may be suffering from dementia, or just those who are busy/forgetful in general. All in all, a great walgreens and a great pharmacy!

After recently changing insurance, we now pick up here. Every time I've driven through to pick up at the window, the line has been crazy long. They often have one person handling both the in-store and drive-through pickups. This is insane! Most pharmacies have several techs and a pharmacist working. One day last week the line didn't move an inch for almost 10 minutes. Fortunately, they offer delivery for a reasonable price ($3). That'll have to do for stuff we're not out of on the day they fill. It takes 2 business days, though. One other demerit: Their website does not let you send a question about a pickup (or anything else). Other pharmacies do, which saves you having to call once, fight through the phone menu, and then wait for them to call back. If they would add this to their website, it would let the employees answer the question when they can and then call you. They almost seem like they're purposely designing the work environment to drive their employees nuts. I asked the tech last night if they always make her work by herself, and she just laughed. I still can't figure out why that would be funny...lol

Considering how busy they are, the staff is always professional and efficient for me and my family. We often use the drive thru to pick up our prescriptions. It's gonna be hit and miss for how long a line there is, depending on the time of day so we try to find time before or after the late day rush. Appreciate having express pay for a quicker checkout.
