He assured me that he didn't think that I needed a new furnace. He was at my place within the hour as we had discussed. He had to come back the next day after obtaining the new switch and tubing. Don found that the manifold pressure for the gas was set too high AND he found some paper labels debris inside the workings of my the furnace. He vacuum-cleaned the furnace and work area. And if this wasn't great enough, he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The charge was reasonable. He takes cash and check only. Now I do not have to be concerned with my furnace during this Polar Vortex winter. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling concerns!

Mr. Heinmiller came, communicated every single step of the way, was polite and congenial, and made sure the job was done RIGHT. The tale continues - if you're still with me, hold on to your butts, as Samuel L Jackson's character from *Jurassic Park* says. Picture it - Ohio, 2025. A crisp winter morning. Mr Heinmiller texts to say he's here and ready. He wheels in this absolute monster of a toilet auger/snake. Before I can blink, he's got the toilet off and is ready to go! Whoot! He pours 5 gallons of water down the pipe, expecting backflow. The pipe drinks it down like a man lost in the desert. Whelp, that's not great. Ever thorough, he snakes the pipe to make sure, for which I am immensely glad for peace of mind. This, however, means the issue is the toilet! Ugh. Again, Mr Heinmiller assuages me, goes and gets a toilet, is back within 20 minutes, and bada bing, bada boom - new, beautiful, FLUSHING toilet. ‍‍ Mr Heinmiller took the bidet off the old toilet and installed it on the new one (and OMG, I did not realize how gross bidets got - totally cleaned it before it went on the new one, but he was ever the professional and totally judgement free!). I called back and the same lady answered and denied telling me they would show up with in a week, saying no she tells everybody 6 weeks before they show up for an estimate and didn't even have my information when I called each time. No apology and extremely unprofessional response. It's sad that discrimination of such proportion exits in even businesses in today's USA.

However he called on the day of scheduled repair to reschedule for the following day. And then no-showed on the rescheduled day. Now he refuses to answer my texts. It is clear that they have no intentions of honoring the warranty, even though doing so would only cost them a few dollars. I guess you get what you pay for...
