They came, assessed and won my trust and business. We religiously care for and service our furnace as I don't want it to fail in the dead of winter. The heat exchanger had cracks, the cooling coils had mold, and the blower was leaking oil. Well Andy agreed with the oil leak, but there was no mold and the cracks in the heat exchanger were scratches. He diagnosed that all co gas was being expelled thru the flew, but the ppm was excessive and the heater would need replaced.
