Left a message and a few hours later got a call back from the owner. We chatted for a minute about things and asked if it was ok to give his Mule (Molly) an apple in the morning. He said sure go right ahead she don't bite. The next morning I arrived Apple in hand, and Mike had left me a note attached to bared wired fence, Mike went out of his way to give me more history of Molly and the ranch and the ac biz and his company and even some town history. He even gave me some recommendations for places to meet some interesting local folk. Such a kind gesture on Mike's part. Mike own Bond tree service in Grandbury. So I would give him shout out on here too. Needless to say I stop every morning and give her an apple, she gives me a Winnie when I walk up and lets me pet her. Great start to my morning

The remaining line downstairs was still completely blocked. He didn't test the line to see if it was open, simply pouring water into the line would have shown him it wasn't open. Wasted my time and money. Jay wouldn't return our calls to clarify what he didn't fix. I ended up using bleach as a recommended by a Lowe's employee and it worked. So I fixed the issue for now myself. I'm can't recommend their service. This is unacceptable service or lack of in my book.

We got our first quote from (RL) and he was outrageous on the price. So we contacted him and he came out the next day. His manner was professional, informative and courteous. Jimmy was our second quote and we thought it was very reasonable. Once we decided on the colors, we scheduled the work. Our request for the brick trim was different from the house color and a challenge for sure. The crew did an excellent job and worked hard in the Texas heat. We will use Wences Painting again to paint the eaves, garage door and downspouts in the near future. The current paint is okay, but we want a better contrast from the main body of the house. Jimmy gave us an acceptable quote already. They power wash the surface, caulk any areas that need it, prime it and then put two coats on. It comes out pretty nice as you can see in the before and after pictures attached.
