    Iced Soy Latte

We were staying at the dome resort near by and the resort's WiFi was poor and unusable. We needed usable WiFi for some time sensitive purposes, so we decided to drive into the town of Tropic to try to find some WiFi. We were lucky enough to stumble upon Bryce Canyon Coffee right in town. Upon entering the shop, we were graciously greeted by Michelle who was so nice and friendly. We ordered a couple of iced soy lattes, an iced matcha latte, a breakfast biscuit sandwich, cinnamon walnut streusel muffin, Mr. B's Banana Bread, and a breakfast burrito. The breakfast items were all premade and in a hot box, but they were tasty nonetheless. The muffin was moist and delicious. The banana bread was very moist and full of banana flavor. The most important thing was that the iced soy lattes were great! Rich and full flavored. The main sitting area was very roomy and nicely air conditioned. It was perfect for us to sit and relax, get WiFi, and enjoy our coffee. Bryce Canyon Coffee was definitely a little gem that is now on our Bryce list.

Cute coffee house with yummy food options and a selection of coffee. We thought the breakfast burritos from here were perfect for on the go before our hikes. Reasonably priced.

This place is very cute and we had fun talking with the barista and a few customers that came in. We sat on the patio for a good 30 minutes talking to a couple from CDA and enjoyed our Mocha Frapp while enjoying the gorgeous view too! It was a nice relaxing patio to enjoy after a morning hike!!

This is THE COFFEE SPOT in Tropic! LOCATION Came here twice during my short stay in Tropic! This place to so convenient since it's a short walk away from the Bryce Pioneer Village. INSIDE Plentiful of seating both indoors and outside. They have merch displayed on the wall, stickers, pastries, coffee beans and they also have a toaster if you need to toast your bread. They do have a variety of stuff on the menu too. QUALITY I ordered a Carmel Iced Latte & a Hazelnut Iced Latte, both were really flavorful but had to give it 4 stars cause the Large size looks like a medium and both of my orders were kinda watered down. I definitely will stop by again when i come back to utah soon. And be sure to leave a tip! ;)

Loved how we came in and were greeted with a friendly hello and smiles! We took a minute to see what we wanted and they were so nice and patient. We were the only ones there. Cute little place with a very clean restroom. I wanted a vanilla late with almond milk.. but did not specify that I wanted it hot.. so I got it cold.. well I am not a cold coffee person but this one was soo delicious!! I enjoyed it very much!!! They save a few items for sale like stickers and mugs. Very cute! Recommend for sure. Great place to have coffee with a nice breeze. Parking on the side of the coffee shop or street parking. If you are close by. Given them a try!!

Both the coffee and the food were so good! Their breakfast burritos were delicious. Banana bread YUM! Nice place to sit down and take a little break while enjoying good coffee. The girls were super helpful and friendly. We came back a few times during our trip to try different coffee flavors.

They have oatmilk! Not the best latte ever but pretty good. A little pricey but worth it. Lots of seating inside and outside and parking is easy. Service is fast and friendly. The older woman that made my drink was really kind and I appreciate that a lot. They have cute stickers and some merch. I also got really good banana bread.

Lovely coffee, warm people and welcoming service, and a cozy ambience -- what's not to like?! The vibe makes you want to linger a little longer. Special shoutout to Mr. B's Banana Bread -- hands down the BEST! It was so good we had to go back for a second round. Definitely a spot worth returning to again and again!

The banana bread is to DIE for!! Get it!!! The coffee tastes great and the staff was kind. Happy I stopped. I also enjoyed my breakfast on the patio which has great tables and a comfy outdoor couch.

loved the variety at this coffee shop & it tasted delicious. Not only were the drinks great, the view was amazing to sit out in the patio. Their sticker collection was also the best!

    Cool coffee spot.

If you are staying in Tropic area, this is a great little coffee spot with some delicious fresh made pasteries. They have plenty of options to get your caffeine fix. I had a latte and a piece of banana bread that was super moist and delicious. I also took home a cool little racoon sticker they had. I love the look it gave my water bottle.

Bonus points for having shaded outdoor seating to enjoy the nice weather while you wait for your order. We came in for a late lunch after hiking some trails. We shared the Mediterranean salad and the Bristlecone Forager (red sauce, mozz, ricotta, bell peppers, olives, onions, and jalapeno), the only vegetarian option other than plain cheese. While I'd originally planned to get my afternoon coffee fix here, I opted not to when I saw that they were serving Starbucks drinks. Note that there is a good selection of prepackaged snacks here, if you are looking for convenience. The salad was fresh, pizza came out hot and had a good amount of toppings, and I liked the kick of the jalapeno. However, the texture of the dough was not great and the sauce was bland. Our group only ate a single slice each and took the rest back to our room, where it went unfinished.

We got the lunch buffet-- some nice classic cafeteria options-- smoked chicken, pulled pork, and meatloaf along with mashed potatoes, gravy, beans, etc. some steamed veggies too. Getting in late it was the only place open after 9 and it was either buffet style or order off the menu. After taking a quick look at the buffet, we knew we may be in for a sub-rate meal so we cut our losses and save $15 and ordered shrimp off the menu. One of us got coconut shrimp and the other grilled shrimp and we split them between us. The one bright spot was the shrimp came with a decent amount - 10 coconut and 8 grilled. However the food was quite bad...the shrimp had no flavor, even the coconut one. The fries were horrible. The asparagus was not cooked or even fit to serve. I dropped one on the floor and I was surprised it didn't go through the floor. Service was also bad- really tried to rush people in and out. The drinks came without any straws or refills. The restaurant was large and somewhat clean but also cramped around the buffet area. Came back for breakfast because it was included with the stay. Breakfast was only buffet style. Worst bacon ever. The bread was quite stale. The potato cubes were flavorless. The canyon was lovely and the room here was fine, but do yourself a favor and find some alternate food.

The menu is creative, thoughtful, and full of subtle Asian influences without feeling like it is trying too hard to fit into one category. We kept noticing little details like yuzu, black sesame, crispy shallots, and silken tofu, and eventually became so curious about the chef that we asked about her. Chef Tessa came out and sat with us, and we were so glad she did. She has only been there a short time, and she created the menu herself. Hearing about her background and how she developed the dishes made us appreciate the food even more. The tuna crudo with yuzu was beautiful. The vegan chocolate mousse was outstanding and made with silken tofu, which I never would have guessed. It was rich, smooth, and had this wonderful crunchy element with black sesame, sea salt, and a caramel-like sweetness. The fry bread was another favorite. I had never had fry bread before, so I had nothing to compare it to, but it had this delicate balance of savory and sweet that reminded me a little of funnel cake batter without all the powdered sugar. And then there is the Baked Utah. This dessert deserves its own paragraph. Yuzu sponge cake, raspberry, and marshmallow meringue piped into the shape of a little beehive. Utah is the Beehive State, so it is clever, adorable, completely appropriate to the setting, and it tastes amazing. It honestly feels like something that should become a signature Utah dessert. The service was just as memorable as the food. Everyone was warm, relaxed, and genuinely kind. Even the bartender made an impression. I ordered club soda with orange bitters, loved the bitters, and she was sweet enough to bring us the bottle. Sky Nova ended up being one of the highlights of our entire Bryce Canyon trip. Beautiful setting, excellent food, creative menu, and people who made us feel genuinely welcome. Chef Tessa, please keep the Baked Utah.

We found Rustler's on Google and saw they had a large menu and lower prices than other restaurants in the area. It's a lowkey restaurant inside of the same building as a grocery store and next to a gas station. We waited about 15 mins to get our order taken, and after we placed our order, we waited about 40 mins to an hour for our two burgers and a salad. A larger party that was seated after us was given their food and almost finished it before we were given ours. We actually had to ask a staff member if our order got lost in the queue. We ordered two Rustler's burgers and one Caesar salad. The burgers came with onion rings, barbecue sauce, and cheese, along with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onions on the side. Never have I ever had a burger that was so plain and unseasoned. I don't think they seasoned my burger patty or fries at all. Even the onion rings in my burger were floppy and soggy.
