Easy convenient stop in Hatch, between Bryce and Zion. Great breakfast and lunch foods, served hot and in large portions. Spouse got the bacon and egg burrito, huge serving and very good. Service was quick, out the door very fast. On our way back through town from Bryce, we stopped for lunch and enjoyed hot sandwiches with fries on their front deck under a roof. It was actually pretty good and decent price for being out here near national parks. Coffee and food were good, service was fast, and the shop had a rusty old outside with a bright new interior, kind of like the houses we stayed in town. I mean it when I say this is one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had! First off, the staff was quick and efficient. The place was packed and I was shocked that my food was ready minutes after ordering. The portion of the burrito was GENEROUS. My only comment is that I wish they served a bigger portion of salsa with it. They have nailed how bacon should be cooked in a breakfast burrito. It must have been fate...... we were on our way out to Bryce from Kanab, and saw this little shop on the side of the road and immediately pulled over. First, shop is adorable. Second, super friendly ladies behind the counter. Third, very well priced items. Fourth, the almond danish gave us life. The coffee was really good too, but that danish was everything. Stopped by on our way to Bryce Canyon. It was a busy little place around 8:30am. My order was taken by a friendly young lady and everything was prepared exactly as ordered. My husband had the breakfast burrito. It was stuffed full of goodness and plenty for one person. I had the Bacon, Egg Cheese Croissant. The croissant was flaky and tender, two freshly cooked eggs, plenty of bacon and cheese. More than I could eat but I wasn't wasting one bite of it! Finished it off later in the day! Coffees were delicious as well. Food/coffees prepared freshly after ordering. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and accuracy! Passed through Hatch on my way to Bryce Canyon and was pleasantly impressed by this cute coffee shop! I had a lavender latte and my brother had a dirty chai (prob the best dirty chai I've ever tasted, which is saying a lot - that's my go-to drink). The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was downright incredible! My brother had the breakfast burrito and enjoyed it, too. The service was very friendly, prompt, and gave stellar recommendations. A hole in wall coffee shop that hits the spot right before your big day of exploring! We were looking for a quick breakfast place to stop along the way to Bryce Canyon and found this place. Ordered a dark roast coffee and it was thin, weak, and flavorless. It is almost as if these folks don't drink coffee. They most certainly don't know how to brew a rich cup of dark roast. This was some of the worst coffee I have ever encountered. Definitely gravel-pourin' coffee. So poorly made that it was undrinkable and we dumped it out.
