This is a counter inside a service station. Super friendly service at the cash register. Food was tasty but absolutely everything is fried! We went here because they had a chicken Caesar wrap on the menu hoping we'd find something a little healthier. Wrong. Was it delicious? Yes. Was it fried? Yes. There is no other option here. While seated, one of the people working there used a VERY loud drill to attach paper towel holding poles to each picnic table. It was so loud. The place was clean, quick service, tasty food but I didn't realize we'd be at a counter inside a convenience store... that wasn't bad, it was actually quite convenient. If you are traveling through the area especially to Capitol Reef in off season (?December - March), this might be your only food options. Everything was closed for us between Torrey and Bryce (Saturday in late December), like shut down & closed up for season, including gas station marts. Even coffee shops and places listed as open online and including the bbq place listed in Tropic. There is stuff in Bryce Canyon City and one or two bad hotel restaurants in Torrey. Both generous servings, wonderful authentic seasoning. Great red sauce.
