My niece and I went in a few weeks ago to get cigarettes & a vape, they were extremely overpriced so we decided not to buy anything, as we were walking out the men behind the counter accused me of stealing a lighter!! I was of course furious! I am not lacking in the money department whatsoever so to be accused just because we wouldn't purchase anything from them was absolutely absurd and ridiculous!!! I've also witness racist remarks from behind the counter thinking nobody could hear... I need to preface this by saying two girls that work there are AWESOME to deal with, but the guys not so much. I have been buying disposables since quitting smoking and I had a situation the same as Connor below. The prices are marked in front of the acrylic display, but when they rang up, they were higher than advertised. The shorter gentleman that works there wouldn't honor the advertised price so I left and went to Draper Coffee and Vape where they always are honest and upfront with their business practices. I have been going to this smoke shop for 4 years and have always been treated kindly and with respect. Last week the female employee misinformed me and I spent $80 on the wrong product so when I went back to exchange it for something else I was told that it was my fault and she refused to exchange it. She then lashed out at me and accused me of attacking her-extremely unprofessional! They had a good selection, but I was there getting juice and coils, I felt rushed and like he just wanted to get me out of his store so he could go back to sitting on his phone, he sat in the corner until I was already waiting for someone to come help me. And the whole time he was helping me he was on his phone, I wanted to get 4 juices and I only ended up with 2 because every time I would tell him what I wanted he would get it and walk to the register without even saying anything. read more

Ok place but the guys there weren't very friendly. Most of my help was from the customers who were in the store shopping. When I asked for a product they didn't give me any options just put one brand in front of me. Didn't ask questions or allow me to ask questions. My opinion? DO NOTTTTT buy from here. Drive anywhere but here. The owner is the biggest DOUCHE and won't let you return or exchange a broken device. I bought a $30 disposable vape, that I've bought before from another smoke shop. Tried it in the store and it worked great. By the end of the night it stopped working completely.
