Wouldn't accept my GOVERNMENT ISSUED military ID. Therefore I left. It's unfortunate how many businesses still don't understand that my military ID is LEGAL identification. Just sad, and quite a bummer how little educated Utah businesses can be. This is wrong my guys, just wrong. So if you're military, don't go here. read more

Helpful staff and great prices. The negative reviews are because of the ID laws in Utah, there's nothing the store can do if you don't have the right ID. Maybe make sure you have a driver's license before you go here. read more

I then went into the store twice and was greeted so kindly. This is my first vape I've but and I'm more thank pleased. So apparently they scan your ID once you come in which is fine but with al this COVID and our friends ID is expired and can't get one at the moment back in California .. so he had to be asked to leave even tho on his ID he's over 21 just because the device says it's expired and doesn't make sense the device to scan the ID obviously sees he's over 21 but just because it was expired he couldn't be served and we were bummed out and kind of mad because it's a dumb reason so we just all left and decided not to buy anything read more

Why only three stars? First off, the place is very clean and the customer service is excellent. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions. So why only three stars? The vape I bought cost $100.00 plus tax. I just went online to be sure I was filling the device correctly and then that's when I found out I was over charged. Same model, same color, same everything... except prices ranged from $49.99 to $69.99. ( this included "brick and mortar establishments as well) Hence the three stars. read more

Sometimes they have a decent selection but the customer service isnt too great. Called to ask what if they had any puff bars and was told they only have the ice ones, so i asked what ones (i only like a few of them) and was told "youll have to come in to find out" i didnt end up going because if they didnt have it why waste my time and gas? And how hard would it have been just to name off a few flavors? Called another shop and asked the same question and they were more than happy to name off different flavors as well as brands. I don't understand the fact shipments come in and yet y'all still ain't got coils that are needed I've had to buy dispo tanks because you guys won't get the right coils for specific tanks it's ridicules you don't keep your clients satisfied I'm not happy with the shipKent's you guys say you get what you can and if it's like that you should pick a different provider because y'all just lost one client I can't trust y'all enough for me to walk in and get exac what I want your a store stores should be restocked with everything that is needed to be able to complete satisfaction from customers y'all need to work on your supplier read more

Vapor ade was my to place to get all my vaping needs, but then I happened to stop by a few other shops when I needed juices and wasn't around the area to go to them like usual. The shop in provo is awesome I definitely can say that I was blown anyway walking in with how many products they 'have and they also have some of the best customer service around. Enough about that though. My visits now I will not go back go vapor ade. The pricing was decent, but now seeing how other shops have much better customer service and seem to have a lot more knowledge on everything so the customer service is definitely better elsewhere. I wish I would have known before because now I've been able to save so much money. Its ok I'm good to go now. read more

Vapor Aid has a great selection of vapes, liquids, and accessories and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They have an awesome rewards program and offer military discounts, and if they make mistakes, they are quick to make it right. Scribe is very friendly and has lots of tips to make the products work better and last longer. Be advised though, he has the facial hair of a postmenopausal Greek woman, but the alternative is a man that looks like Ralphie fom "A Christmas Story". My only bad thing I can say about Vapor Aid is that many of the mechanical mods look so much like Light sabers that I get a serious hankering to watch Star Wars. Not the prequels; Anakin is too much of a whiny little girl and don't even start me on Jar Jar. Mostly just Empire. read more
