I instantly bursted into tears because she was the first person to offer help in all of the stores I went into. She helped me get myself together and I explained I had purchased a black blazer and I was looking to put a dress under the blazer. I had already had one in mind and she told me to get my blazer so we could see if it was a good match which it was. She helped me get in and out of the dress and make my purchase. She told me the job was already mine, gave me an hug and that helped put my mind at ease. I also witnessed her giving another customer the same attentive customer service that she gave me. I gave up on that fairly quickly and decided to just browse what they had. When I say there was a lack of selection they still had items from Christmas on the shelves. Imagine seeing Christmas and Valentine items on shelves well into March. I did a bit more browsing and every single time I passed the fragrance items I was pounced on. Similar to Charming Charlie, Versona offers trendy jewelry, accessories, shoes and clothing items that swap out every week! Every time I visit, the shop looks different - I have no idea how the staff get it done, but I appreciate the fresh, seasonally themed looks from week-to-week! Versona also features a number of products on their online store, which you can get shipped for FREE here, every time!
