I have been serviced at this salon and Michelle is so unprofessional and people should honestly read these reviews before giving them your money! She is disrespectful to clients and speaks negatively of other clients who call/come into the shop. Michelle posted on Instagram about a client of hers who didn't want to pay for washing as it is a separate fee. She posted her clients hair with a photo of her walking away. I told her she was unprofessional and that washing should be included. Michelle used derogatory language towards me. Michelle's behaviors raises questions about professionalism within the hair industry. I believe it's important for clients to be aware of such behavior before deciding to use her services.

My best friend and I wanted to have longer hair styles for Prom and this is the first place on our list of beauty supply stores to look for hair. We walked in and I've never seen her so excited about hair (need I include, she's more knowledgeable regarding beauty supply than I am) so I felt like I had a reason to be happy to be there. There was so much variety for very affordable prices, and this is coming from a high school graduate who works a part-time, minimum wage job. I wanted to find a longer weave with my natural curl pattern, 3C/4A, and surely I did. I found what I came for but I was so fond of what the store had to offer than I spent about an hour just wandering the store with all it's makeup and hair. It was great. You are required to leave a deposit. The owner was professional and very nice. The only reason that I am not giving five stars is that it took a while for them to get started and let me in when I arrived at 9:00 p.m. on Friday night. They ask for an ID before letting you in. However, once they started, three people worked on my hair. It took about four hours, which is less time than my regular braider. I did not experience any disputes regarding the price, which included the hair. They take cash or credit. The next time that I need an emergency, after hours appointment, I will use them.

Personally as someone with oily skin, I like the tumeric face wash. It helps with some of my skin blemishes as well as making my face feel like it got a deep clean. The moisturizing face cream and body oils are also another good product! The best thing about faith's stores is that when you walk in, you feel like you are in good energy and the atmosphere makes you want to stay. The wall of affirmations is my favorite thing in the shop. Although things are a bit pricey, these products are high quality! Also, faith sells out (often and quickly) so ordering online may be best. Sometimes it can he hard to follow updates on the store because there is no email list, and everything is via instagram, which can be frustrating but overall i love the shop!
