Inside the store, mostly tidy and only a few areas where there were items missing. The grocery area was well stocked and I found my travel snacks. The self checkout person (dawn) was extremely rude. Instead of just checking to see if we had the appropriate number of items scanned she just CANCELED OUR ENTIRE PURCHASE!!! Then she told us to start checking out again. That was the last thing we had to scan to finish our purchase. We had to rescan everything again. When we told her all we wanted was a check of the correct number of items and asked her why she canceled our entire purchase she told us "I hope you don't come back again". We went to customer service to tell them about our experience and they were very understanding and helpful. On the way out of the store Dawn had a rude comment to us which we went back to customer service and told them about. They were appalled to hear someone working for Walmart would speak to their customers like that. We will NEVER go to Walmart in Marshall again!! We will do our shopping in Sioux Falls where there are Target stores and they know how to treat the people who shop in their store with respect!!!! We will share this experience with others.
