Today's buffet was pork tenderloins. Huge portions! Salad bar had a large variety of choices; broccoli salad, corn dish, I think there was a pasta salad, as well as regular salad bar fare; lettuce, cheese, bacon bits, etc. the buffet also had potatoes and green beans.
