In town on vacation and picked Bubba's based on Yelp. We called in our order, a large supreme and large pepperoni for pickup. They were ready at the time promised. The place was a little warm inside, glad we were not dining in. The pizza was definitely thin crust and a little thin on the toppings. Flavor was good but not that impressive. Not bad, not great. I feel like family here. I pop in periodically when I'm craving Italian or a Philly sub. The Philly is the best in town. The cheese is perfectly melted with the grilled peppers and onions. The steak is cut fine and grilled to almost crispy and never burnt. Sometimes I get mushrooms added. Everything else I've had has been consistantly good. I love the homemade dough...and its hand tossed! Fun! The place is run by a family and a few friends. You can tell they all really enjoy what they do and are very welcoming to many regulars and newcomers/vacationers. I'll keep going back. read more

No worries...i asked him who in the area could handle this type of request and he refused to give any names. We are visiting this coastal area and decided to take in the sunset and some football, so we checked out the local pizza scene for take-out. Bubba's was well rated on Yelp and TA, so we decided to give it a try. So, first, we were unable to reach them on the numbers from Yelp, TA, and their web site. Finally got through on Google Maps, though the number was hidden from our view. Got the order in. Arrived a few minutes late to give them some cushion - they hadn't even started the pie, despite there were no customers in the place. The door was greasy, and the floor looked like there had been a pepperoni fight. Then there was the pie - the worst in memory - bland watery cheese - not rancid, just flavorless - and a few shreds of chicken on a large pizza. Not to mention the careless unsanitary service. We weren't looking for gourmet tonight - just something to go with a beer and a football game. Any of the inexpensive chains would have been far better. We like local - but they have to do their part. If I have a problem with Yelp and the other services, it is that nearly everything gets four stars. This absolutely is not a four star establishment, no matter how low your standards. Get a frozen pizza from Publix ( or Winn-Dixie) - you'll be much happier. read more

We are here twice because the pizza was great. The workers can barely keep up. The place is poorly run. They need more people and more space. Our waiter was rude. Best pizza on the west side of PCB. I wiuld plan ahead if you wish to eat onsite. They have 6 tables. This is a quaint little spot that is more promising for take out. We ran the table and ordered a little of everything. Margherita pizza, terriyaki and sweet chili wings, white pizza, mozzarella sticks, pepperoni mushroom cheese pizza, and a calzone. Pizza is very good BUT at 8:30 at night the restaurant was at least 80 degrees! Almost unbearable! After a hot day at the beach it was not fun to eat in the heat. There is no ventilation between the kitchen and the eating area which seems to be the problem. read more

Completely forgot about me and i listened to them take care of customers walking in the door after I called. Then I was hung up on.
