He always replied fast to any of our messages and went out of his way to make us happy and keep us informed of drop off/pick up times. I was absolutely amazed how clean our princess castle was. I have tried a different company before, and the castle was way dirtier and had a rip at the entrance. I was so happy with our rental from Castle Kid, and will only be using them from bow on!
