A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. I had to reach out myself about 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. I then called AAA emergency road service........... And AAA sent out Dave's Towing out of Selma,CA. And the driver Jason Hogan came out to my location and hooked up to my truck and towed my truck to Hanford,CA. to my home. And when we arrived one of the tire straps was broken and hanging from the tow truck. Well it was hot and I didn't think about looking for damages so I told the driver thank you and he drove away and I went in the house for the night. And the next morning I took the tire off and found the damages to my 91 toyota truck. Damages in the amount of 378. Dollars and no cents. The amount that came from the Hanford Toyota Dealer. For a new Strut Bar and alignment, the Strut Bar was bent why ll traveling down 43 high way from Selma to Hanford there was a lot of road construction and also a vary bumpy road the driver slowed down on some of the bumps but not all of them and my truck was bouncing up and down on his tow truck.
