Their piece of crap car wash ruined my new car. Not only did it scratch the paint but got into the metal too. I tried to talk to the attendant but he disappeared on us. And the guy on the phone was a jerk. No wonder they get the stars and reviews that they do.. They don't care, just about your money. I tried to be nice but now I've contacted Omega law group with my dash cam footage and instead of fixing smallish sized scrape, I guess they'll be repainting my entire car instead. I would go wash my car and get gas. They would give you a free wash after so many fill ups. They refused to give it to me after my card was full so I won't go there anymore. The gas prices are way to high anyway. read more

I don't buy my gas from here... too expensive. But I do get my car washed here. :) I typically like how clean it comes out (for a stand-still car wash), but it is always necessary for me to dry it afterward. read more

Nice clean Chevron. Easy access of the 99 north. Very clean and organized. They sell lotto and alcohol. Good customer service.

Middle of no where . They have horchatta from the soda machine which was like wow. A surprise wow. And it was actually good. Not the best but it will do it for the convenience. . Originally i wanted the diet coke but it was flat with no carbonation. Basically taste was off. So i had to go with horchatta. . Bathroom was clean. Which is my main thing i was here for. . I keep talking about how much it pisses me off that gas stations have such bad service these days. I am not even that old yet and I remember it being so much better. Again I have so much trouble finding anyone who will let me walk in, give them my gas card, and FILL my gas tank then come back in to buy some food and put it all on one purchase. I am not asking for much. Yet it is nearly impossible to find any station that will still do this for me. The service at this gas station Sucks ASS. I came here needing gas. The pump would not take my card. I go inside and the attendant (looked like he was the owner but I'm not sure) looked at me like I was asking him to name all 50 states in reverse alphabetical order. It was as if my suggestion to FILL my tank was something that was unheard of. I ended up leaving and finding better service down the freeway a bit. too expencive by the way read more

These people are terrible people. I had a package accidentally get delivered to this chevron. I was able to find out where it got delivered so I went to pick it up. They first denied having the package. I proved to them that I knew the package was delivered there just 20 minutes prior. The cashier then walked out to her car and grabbed a box from the trunk. The box was opened. I went through it and made sure everything was still there. She then called the owner and they were telling me they weren't going to let me take the box. I had to call the police out. The cashier lied to the police and told them they didn't have the box. I told the police where they hid the box. He found it and brought it out to me. I gave the cashier the bird while she was watching me through the window. Told the cop thanks and left. Screw those people. read more

I went through the carwash 3/1/21 (the light touch even because the full touch side wasn't working as usual) came out, parked by a pump, and got out to wipe up any left water. I noticed some light scratches, inspected my car some more to find that my whole new 2020 car is scratched over 1,000 times over the whole body (including the tail lights) all in the direction of the car wash brushes. I immediately told Juanita the cashier who came out and agreed the car was horribly scratched. She said the manager comes in at 8am tomorrow, to come back and speak with him. So I returned with receipt in hand. Juanita was still there, recognized me and got the manager. I explained to the manager what happened and showed him my car. He saw the scratches the said I didn't get a car wash because there was dust on the car, basically calling me a liar. I said it's dusty in Kingsburg, I have a receipt and Juanita is my witness. Then he changed the story to "at your own risk, not liable, you're screwed, screw off" and abruptly turned around and walked back in the store. A snapped antenna, maybe one scratch, I'd understand. But my whole freaking new 2020 scratched over 1,000 times EVERYWHERE ALL OVER THE BODY?!?! In order to speak with the owner, you call the store to and leave a message, which I did. We'll see but I'm not holding my breathe. In the mean time the sheriffs civil department will be contacted the better business bureau, chamber of commerce, consumer protections and anybody else I can think of will be called. read more

Horrible service!!!!!! After a horrible night if getting stuck in the river and having to deflate tires to get out my daughter came here for gas in a gas can and to put air in her tires. The night worker yelled and refused to turn on air. She explained to him the law regarding air at gas stations and he told her she was cheap only spending g a couple dollars to fill up a gas can and was demanding she pay for air. He told the kids they were idiots and didn't know how to use the machine. She had filled up to tires but needed more for the remaining tires. The jerk at the gas station was rude, mean and assumed since they were young they didn't deserve respect. read more

Unfortunately awful customer service.. very rude at check out. I was waiting to gas up my car & in the meantime wanting to check the air pressure on my tires, turned out I needed air.. the front cashier would not provide air until after he was sure that I purchased fuel. Disgusting. Porta potty literally filled almost to brim. Is there no health code in this town? Person working was ok. Likely not his fault. Had soap in windshield washer. Luckily we had hand sanitizer in car. Avoid this Chevron!!!!! read more
