I even was cordial enough to help him pick the shit up and hun telling me he can do it. I asked very politely can you recheck the tickets and his attitude was seriously unbearable. He cashed out 3 of the ticket ms gave me money and stapled the paper to the 3 tickets handed me the ticket he said was cashed today 6/19/22 which is a serious joke because he refused to recheck the tickets and to throw the machine as he did makes me know he was a flat out lying piece if shit. You know you were in the wrong. That's why you flipped your lid and broke the machine so you couldn't check the tickets then you said call my boss I said what time do they come in he said 4 am the number is on the door the number I seen in the door was for a waste company. The guy truly was a thief I even had my grandson 9 who came in and I asked hun dud we stop anywhere but here today he said only Taco Bell. But that piece of shit broke the machine so he did not have to run my 4 ticket ms to find the one he did nit scan. This is a horrible Chevron and I will complain to the Chevron Corp as well in regards to this store. I have no reason to lie to this guy I know what I had I scanned 4 tickets prior to handing him my tickets rude piece if shit psycho path you know you were in the wrong that is why you flipped your kid and broke the machine. Your boss should be ashamed of hiring people like you. If you needs that 20.00 so bad I would have given it to you, you did not need to steal it. I will call the lottery and request they tell me what store my ticket was in and I will call the manager and have him look through the tickets to find the one that was not scanned and request my 20.00 back. I called, the dispatcher, said she'd need to get a quote from her supervisor, then call me back. She called 10 minutes later with a quote for $195, sent me the invoice, and said she'd dispatch a driver. I paid the invoice, and did not hear back for almost 30 minutes. I called her back, she said the driver was on his way to pick up the lockout kit from their yard - across the street from the Pilot. Ten minutes later I get a call from their driver, he asked the year/make/model of my car, and said he'd be there in 10-15 minutes. Another 30 minutes goes by and I receive a call from their dispatch and she tells me her driver said he wouldn't be able to unlock my car because of the key fob being in the car - I told her this was the 2nd time I have done this, and it wasn't an issue last time. She once again said they couldn't do it, and her supervisor would need to be the one to issue me a refund because she couldn't - but was unaware of how long it would take to post back to my account. I called another tow truck company. The driver was there within 5 minutes, used the same lockout kit that was used before - with absolutely no damage to my car - and I was on my way within 20 minutes of my phone call to them. Also, for a third of the price! If you need ANY type of tow service in the Madera area, use Ron's!!! DO NOT USE THIS PRICE GOUGING COMPANY!!!
