I did some errands and then something was dragging. I pulled over, took a pic, came back to shop. They said after 10 seconds that it was fixed. I asked how could that be and asked for pictures to verify this piece was not destroyed and how it could've been put back on. The manager Jose went to put car in bay to produce pics. But same guy who did oil change apparently took the splash shield piece and shoved it in the other pieces calling it good, claimed he didn't know where screws were and piece was already bent (mind you this happened at Walmart back in nov 2025. Walmart just replaced splash shield so it was new and the only oil changes done in between were here). They were quite perturbed at having to replace piece which I get but train people better. I am here for replacement but I guess cuz there's no money to be made on this, the 3 guys (including manager Jose) are taking their sweet ass time servicing the other 2 vehicles in bay. Jose was rude and ugly to me when he tossed his phone on the counter saying 'here you go!' I asked okay what's is it? And he goes ' a picture cuz I figured you wanted to see it" and when I said thank you he looked at me so rudely and didn't say anything.was nothing but calm and courteous them about them messing my car up.
