If the hours posted online and on the window say last wash 9:30pm, why deny service to an individual coming to load a single wash before the start of a new week? There is a single person sitting inside waiting for his clothes, but she says that I would be the only other one here and she will not stay for me. When I arrived I was barely greeted and told that she would "assist me" by suggesting that I combine the bags although they would be washed separately because there was a minimum charge of $15 for each bag that was weighed under 15 lbs. I obliged although that doesn't show in my receipt as I was still charged a $15 minimum fee. As I was combining my clothes she asked me my name and when I told her she said she knew someone with the same name that she didn't like and she proceeded to treat me as such. The attitude just never subsided from there. At the end, when I saw my bill I was a bit shocked although I knew the weight was significant I wasn't expecting to pay almost $80. When I look at my receipt I was stepped to $1/lb for one bag for same day service which I never requested. I was also charged a separation fee which was never discussed. When I asked about why the bill was so high she said something about she's the one bending her back to wash the clothes not me. I picked up my clothes the next day and everything is combined! So I paid a separation fee just for her to combine all my clothes. I wish I could give 0 stars! Shame on this business! The place is also literally the size of a small living room. Looks pretty dingy and old, things are everywhere. It looks nothing like pictured!

Due to the confusion it sometimes takes at least 15 minutes for the transaction of just dropping off your laundry. I know this because by the time I got out, my 15 minute parking meter had expired. It's a small store, which makes it really flabbergasting how often they can't find my bag. The workers used to be so kind and friendly when I started coming here a few years ago. The new ones are pretty nasty. I welcome recommendations for a new place to go, effective immediately.

Well more so proud of the fact that I like to save money and having to pay $20 a week at a hotel for laundry is a bit ridiculous to me. So long story short, I walked from Radisson hotel to Beckys laundry and doing it myself. It's $3.75 for a normal wash. And for the dryer it's 25 cents every 8 minutes. Cash only here fellas and gals, cash rules everything around Becky. Also you gotta bring your own detergent, you can buy here but there is a CVS literally across the street you can buy tide for $3. If you're reading this review years from now, account for inflation. Anyways, I lost my laundromat virginity here and I made a huge mistake. For the washer, when you put the money in it starts the load, plz be ready with your laundry when you put the money in or this will happen. I had half of my laundry in, though it was smart to pay, payed, the load started, the door was open, water starts GUSHING out of the washer. I only have half clothes of my clothes in, I start rushing to put my clothes in while water is spewing out and it's spinning. Meanwhile some lady starts yelling at me while I'm scrambling to put my clothes in against the water gushing out, tells me I can get hurt putting my hands in a spinning washer (I think the yelling is justified here). This lady ends up completely taking over. Closes the door. Grabs a key and manually stops this monster of a washer. She prevents my dumb____ from flooding the laundromat, helps clean up the water spill and saves the day. I'm not sure or not if her name was Becky but she definitely worked there. I ended up finishing my laundry without issue. I bought the lady a gyro from the gyro place next door, because she was so nice to me. This laundromat was quite the experience for me, but well worth 5 stars with the good ppl working here.

Jim, the owner was at the front desk and he was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was assisted by Carlos with my laundry and he was also very personable. When I returned to pick up my dry cleaning, another gentleman was at the front desk and the high level of customer service was maintained. My experience doing my own laundry was economical and the equipment did a great job. My dry cleaning was received when promised and I am pleased with the quality job that was done. I will continue to patronize this business and hope they remain in operation for a long time!

Top feature: they take credit cards! Most laundromats are still coin operated but this one has a card reader on every machine. Apparently by paying with credit card, you can get the 10th wash free. They also have a loyalty card for tracking the washes if you don't want to pay with credit. The machines are great. Clean, modern, and efficient. The washers have convenient upgrade features. For $0.25 each, you can add an extra rinse cycle or indicate that your clothes are heavily soiled for extra washing. Drying is $0.25 for 7 minutes. They also have a wash and fold service. I came around 5am on a Monday and there were only two other people there. I imagine it gets quite crowded on the weekends and later in the day. This will be my go-to laundromat going forward!
