First red flag is I was told there are absolutely no refunds, you get a voucher from a third party. They give you a voucher for the amount you paid and if you get tickets for a lesser price even if it's through the third party you forfeit the rest of the money. So like me I paid $606.10 for 19 tickets. I was not presented with the VIP Birthday package when buying the tickets. I later saw that the VIP Birthday package would have cost me $492.10. I was told that the voucher would be for the original price I paid and anything less would be forfeited meaning they would pocket $114. That sounds like a scam. I tried asking for a partial refund and not even that. Secondly, when dealing with third party "Fever" they tell you to wait for an email. I called 3 times because I kept getting an automated email message. It was frustrating and i wasn't able to speak to any type of management. Third, the rooms were cute however there were exhibits that's made you scratch your head. There is a room depicting a fallopian tube with round balloons all around. I'm assuming the kids and parents that walk through are supposed to be the sperm. Near the exit to the next room there is an explanation of "the shape of life" with a picture of sperms and a "egg" In another room the picture of Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man showing the penis and balls even with pubic hair. The next room was even worse. It depicted the titan from Attack on titan in a ball pool pen. It was weird. As if everyone was in a bath with it. Not to mention I saw two kids who peed inside the ball pen. I rushed my party out of there. Forth, because I had issues with the third party I spoke to a manager the day before our event she specifically told me to ask for any manager and they would work with me to help mitigate my concerns and see if they could work with me a find a solution. That was a lie. The manager I spoke to first was condescending to the cashier at the VR room. She was dry and no help at all. I told her my issue with the third party and hoped they could at least comp the VR experience as it would have been included in the vip birthday package I was trying to switch my tickets too. She straight up said that it wasn't included in the vip package. I told her yes it is she said no it's not. At that point I was over it and said "ok let's go." Walking out they have a sign that says VR experience included in VIP package. Lastly parking isn't free $8 plus tax card only. $5 plus tax for socks for the ball pen. They will nickel and dime you. Oh ...If you leave a review you get a bubble blower, but not a regular size one, a miniature bubble blower, key sized. That and a small hallway were the only thing bubble related. I make more bubbles at home. I'm disputing for partial refund with my credit card company.

I took my 2-year-old son here and he had a great time. There are 8 separate rooms, however they count the 3 photo-op sections as additional areas to make 11 total. The reactive sea floor was fun, although some of the panels were broken when we visited. The giant balloon pit and the ball pit were hits. The dome section needs something else to make it more interesting it was just okay. The game room was fun, and the shiny balloon room was cool. All in all, we didn't see any actual bubbles, but we will come back.

Not often do you see a exhibition like this one. Bubble Planet is quite the experience, couldn't resist the advertisements I've seen for this, so this was the perfect place to explore with my wife for Valentines Day. Firstly, parking here is free, but with the amount of people, the parking lot is quite small to accommodate for that, many decide to park on the street instead. Make your reservation time slot online, so you can just lineup and scanned in by the front desk receptionist, fairly easy and straight forward. Staff here is quite nice and is informative, very nice overall. There's plenty of rooms, and each room is full of photo opportunities. Most rooms have interactive, sensory type excursions, and it's a different experience every room. Our favorite rooms goes to the Infinity room, Balloon Room, and the Ball Pit Room. All three are the best rooms for beautiful photos. Exceptional coloring, background, and interactions overall. It's not too big of a exhibitions, maximum I'll say is that you'll spend about 30 minutes to an hour here. There's also a photo room itself. You'll see drawing stations here where anybody of all ages draw and show off their pictures, quite a nice experience. The last room was under construction which was a bit disappointing, hopefully we'll be able to experience that another time. Merch shop is at the end of the course, quite cheap for the clothing, ($10-$30) and they have various cups, toys, etc. If you like VR or want to try VR, you'll require VIP for that. Overall, a wonderful experience with my wife, It's certainly a place that we'll keep in mind if they have this type of exhibition in the future. Family friendly exhibition and a wonderful experience overall as we got plenty of beautiful photos.

Cool immersive experience that my husband and I booked for a date night. We walked through all the rooms within 45 minutes and got plenty of great photos. This was the order of the rooms from beginning to end: LED room: makes you feel like you are under the sea with patterns and colors that mimic the water and waves. Kaleidoscope: lots of optical effects and swirling color displays make the room visually appealing. Bubble Ocean: my favorite room! It is full of large balloons that you can traverse through, touch, and play with as you move around the space. Giant Bubble: was not a fan of this. Despite the name, the bubble was much smaller than expected. There were only a few bean bags, which were all already being used. Selfie room: multiple photo opportunities available, including a bathtub filled with rubber ducks and a washing machine. There were also some interactive activities, which seemed more popular for kids. Infinity room: an immersive illusion of endless space. I really liked the changing colors of the lights. Bubble Bath: huge ball pit that makes you feel like you're in a playful, oversized bubble bath. Socks are required. If you don't have socks, you can buy a pair for $5. VR (Virtual Reality): requires VIP ticket. Will likely have to wait in a line for this. Before you leave, there is an opportunity to buy merchandise from their gift shop. We had a great experience even though it lasted less than an hour. This can be fun and immersive for kids as well as adults. The parking lot is tiny, but there should be plenty of free street parking available.

We went to bubble planet with friends and family. We had a great time. Our kid had a blast with ball pit, ballon room, duck room, games, fish drawing and the VR made it so much fun.

Bubble Planet is such a fun, immersive experience for the whole family! My kids had an absolute blast and are already asking to go back. We were visiting from out of town, and this ended up being the highlight of our trip to LA. The kids especially loved the ball pit, while my favorite was the sphere exhibit--it was so cool and visually stunning. I was a bit disappointed with the last exhibit featuring the foil balloons; it felt more like an afterthought compared to the rest of the experience. That said, everything else was really well done and enjoyable. Overall, this is an experience my family--especially my kids--will truly remember. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. One area that could use improvement is the restroom cleanliness. It was a bit messy when we arrived, with empty soap bottles and a door that wasn't opening properly. Tip: Parking on-site is limited, but you can usually find street parking around the area.

Interesting event! I thought it was going to be bubble-themed, but it ended up feeling more like a sex ed experience The kids were definitely shocked by some of the rooms. I'm still not sure what the room with the guy with open legs was supposed to represent. The balloon room allegedly had a fallopian tube in the middle, and the white balloons were meant to simulate sperm flying around ‍ Also, be prepared to get nickel and dimed at this event. It's cute, but they constantly ask for extra money as you go through. There are only 5 rooms, and if you want to jump in the bubble pit, you have to buy $5 socks. The VR experience was another $5 per person, even though we were told it was included with the VIP package. Parking was an additional $8, and they don't accept cash, so with fees and taxes it came out to about $9. Overall, it's about a 45 minute to 1 hour experience if you take your time.

"WAITFOODFIRST10" for 10%off!! Super fun and creative art installation where you walk through rooms that are beautifully decorated. You can unleash you inner child in the extra large ball pit or take some instagram worthy photos. It's great for kids on the weekends and a fun spot for dates. (I recommended weekdays for dates).

Each of the different rooms were visually captivating and we enjoyed them as much as our 6 year old granddaughters. The virtual reality experience was fun, it felt like a ride. The room filled with balloons and the ball pit were hilarious. A fun time for sure.

We're visiting from out of state and found this place for the kids to visit. We love the experience, really nice and kid friendly! No time limit. You can actually go back to the first attractions. They have theit own parking and stroller friendly.
