Went on a Tuesday afternoon, first time with my toddler and honestly it was a great experience. There were only a couple of kids in there and it was super clean. Everything was accessible so the restroom was there in plain sight literally next to play area. There's tables and chairs next to play area for parents to stay close and keep an eye on the kiddos. You can also bring outside food! My toddler had so much fun and it was unlimited the whole day. We stayed for 2 hours and he took a good nap right after. An employee came over and told me it wasn't allowed. How am I supposed to explain to such a young child that he isn't allowed to have his formula? It felt very insensitive and inhumane. This place is great for kids. We went on a weekday so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves for an hour before more people started arriving. The play area and restrooms were very clean. The best part is they allow outside food and drinks that you can bring. There are tables and chairs so the adults can sit and keep an eye on their kids. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great indoor playground in Burbank! My daughter's friend had her birthday party here, reserved the whole place for two hours before they opened. The place was clean - had a big slide, ball pits and play areas - kitchen. The back is a table area with music where you can go eat and hang out. Staff was friendly and keeping the place clean. We came here today to play and the kids enjoyed their time indoors away from the outside 106 degree heat. Small space and adults are free. We brought our own socks. Paid $45 for 2 kids, rather pricey but it was not super crowded which is good. Hope we don't get covid from this indoor playtime at close proximity. Space and toys felt relatively clean. It was a great visit! This was our first time checking out this indoor playground, and the pricing is pretty reasonable: $25 for the first child, $20 for the second, and $15 for the third. The playground itself isn't huge, but it's a good size with unique slides, a rock climbing wall, and a few obstacle courses scattered throughout. There's also a back room for parties that seems about twice the size of the play area, which I found a bit unusual. Overall, it was fun for my kids, the place was clean, and it wasn't too crowded, especially considering many people were there because of the fires in Los Angeles, which led to school closures. We went her to kill time before our flight and it was such a small place. Parking is a little hard to find if it's busy. It doesn't fit many people in here to sit. Staff is very friendly and I love seeing them constantly clean. I mean CONSTANTLY. They even cleaned while the kids were playing even though the kids were going to make the same mess like a second later. I appreciate that. The bathroom was very clean as well. When the kids got hurt and cried, they tended to them immediately and tried to find the parent to help them as sometimes parents are distracted. A kid was randomly taking photos of people and they kindly asked the parents to have the kid stop which I love as people don't want their kids photographed and posted. We had our son's first birthday party at Wonderland 4 Kids and it was an amazing experience! It was so easy to communicate with the staff via phone and email and they were fast to respond. They asked me for our theme and executed it so well! As a working Mom, it was so nice to not have to worry about all the set up and clean up. There was no need for me to plan activities as the kids (and even some of the adults!) all had a great time playing. They even made the goodie bags for the kids, too! I really appreciated how attentive all of the staff were on the day of - cleaning up throughout the event, supervising the children in the play area, and periodically asking me if everything was going alright. We have been to Wonderland 4 Kids indoor play space in Burbank a few times. On the positive side, the air cannon for the balls were a highlight, but unfortunately, kids can't get the balls on the second level, which is a bit disappointing, and can be frustrating for the kids. There should be padding under the bottom of the green air cannons guns up top since kids have hit their heads a few times trying to get the balls that fall under them. The air cannon in the back was fun, shoots balls up and they fall down, kids love playing with them. Additionally, when we visited they were playing Disney soundtracks over the speakers which added to the fun and magical atmosphere. However, there are a few downsides to this fun kids playspace. The biggest issue is that it gets hot in the back section for kids and parents since there is no ventilation or fans. The green tube slide is enjoyable, for both adults and children, but the landing can hurt since there's no soft padding on the ground. It's also concerning that kids can crash into the green padded rail from the wrong angle, I witnessed this a few times. The playspace does have some great features, such as the trampoline, slides, ball pits, and spinning children's padded carousel, for small children. The play area has is enclosed and only one entrance, it would be nice if there were easier access for parents, perhaps on the side. As for seating, there are six tables a high chair and a three-person gray couch as you walk in, with about 25 chairs available, for adults or snack time. We found that the four-person slide, trampoline, air cannons, and ball pits were our favorites They have a small parking lot on the side and free street parking in front. Just like all popular places it does, it can get busy at peak times. They also do sell some light snacks and cold drinks, we have never bought from there, we always bring our own snacks and drinks. There are two bathrooms available, one of which has a changing table, in front with Mickey on the door and the other is in the rental hall in back and does not have a changing table. Finally, the larger rental area in the back for parties and events is a nice touch, and it's great to know that this is a family-owned business, and the play area is cleaned often. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, we had a great time at Wonderland 4 Kids indoor play space, and look forward to playing there again. read more

My kids and I love this indoor play area!! It is by far the CLEANEST, well kept indoor playground I've ever been to! As someone who is a clean/neat freak... I totally approve this place, it makes me happy to take my kids since it's SO clean and well kept! There's always parking right in front or in their parking lot. The worker is super nice and attentive. The play area is very well made so it's super safe for kids of many ages. I love that I can sit there and comfortably watch my kids while they play and have fun, the visibility is great. Also it's never over packed which is another thing I love. We had our daughter's 3rd birthday party here and chose the basic package. It's pricey as they shut down the whole venue for you, provide pizza and helpers, cake cutting, and decorate with your theme. I love it because I'm the worst party planner and this makes the whole process feel like a breeze. We brought some extra food and wine for the parents! Everyone had such a great time. We also come here during the week when we have some free time to burn. It's just as fun without a birthday party. There's nice comfy couches where you can sit and watch your kids play. We love this place and will be spending time here during the summer to beat the heat! I would have another party here and I think it was worth every penny. I take my son here at least once a week. I love that they don't fill the place over max capacity and they take pride in their business. It's very rare nowadays that a business exceeds expectations. But Wonderland 4 Kids did just that, and let me tell you why. I wanted a newer venue for my 5 year old son's birthday that we hadn't already been to a dozen times. Wonderland opened up about a year ago and it was very clean inside. My son tried out the play area and loved it! There was a lot for kids his age to enjoy. So I went on to book the Party Planet package (second most expensive) since it gave us three hours of play time. The surprises began from there. First, the package didn't mention anything about a backdrop, just "balloon setup" but they actually provided a simple but themed backdrop hung up on the green hedge wall, plus a huge beautiful balloon garland on top of the cart (that included the goody bags, also provided by them) plus cake stands. Having to hire someone to do that would have easily cost me over $500 so that was a win right there. The other awesome surprise was the quality of the goodie bags. I was prepared for the contents to be totally disappointing but they really tried hard to make it an awesome gift for my guests. Our theme was Pokemon, and they included a whole pack of Pokemon cards (on top of other items) in each. Finally, the staff were so attentive. They were at their posts the entire time, so my guests in the dining area were tended to, as well as there being multiple helpers watching the kids in the play area and someone managing the event. Right after we sang Happy Birthday, they presented my son with a wrapped present, and it was the first one he unwrapped when he got home (and he also loved that too). So overall, I couldn't have asked for more. Beautiful and fun venue that's operated by a very hard working group of people that I would be happy to give my business or referrals to. read more

Their website lists packages that made it so easy to decide what we wanted based on # of adults & kids - it was a huge plus for us that all packages include private rental of the entire space. We booked the Kids Paradise package and it exceeded all expectations. We got to choose any theme we wanted and the decorations / goodie bags were so cute and thoughtful! All I did was show up with snacks, some balloons and brought in a ice cream vendor since my daughter doesnt like cake. The play space is PERFECT for toddlers. We loved that it's fully enclosed and padded. There's so much to do for the kids but it's the perfect size in that you can comfortably "sittervise" and not lose them in the play structures. Had our sons 5th birthday party here. It was INCREDIBLE. We had never been to free play before but needed a location that was 1) indoors due to the heat 2) large enough to fit 30 kids and 3) made it turnkey for mom and dad so we weren't running around exhausted. WE ALL HAD A FABULOUS TIME. The playground area is separate from the party area with food/drinks/tables which was nice because it let the kids run wild (our party came w helpers who were monitoring the kids, keeping kids safe, and tidying up) while the parents could have a plate of food for a break. I was a little worried it would not be entertaining enough but my kid and his friends did not want to leave. My 2 year old also had a great time -- I've never seen a space appeal to a broad range of age groups. The owner was a child educator in prior to this and it shows! It's been so hot outside. I was looking for a play place for my son to play in. He is actually 7 1/2 years old and I thought this place was going to be too young for him. I tried it anyways and I brought him and his friend. The two of them have the time of their life. They enjoyed playing in the ball pit and going down the slide and having at the ability to run around and play and do whatever they wanted to. They also enjoyed the rock climbing wall and the trampoline and the ball blaster. It is just a very nice and clean place that you can relax as an adult and let your kids run around and have fun. As mentioned in other reviews, it was very obvious that they take a lot of pride in keeping this place structure, clean and tidy I noticed that the worker here was always picking up the balls that had left the ball pit, and even vacuuming the crumbs after someone was eating. The party room in the back is very impressive and I am even thinking about having my son's eight year old birthday party here.
