I went to PetSmart and was trying to figure it out on my own, but one of these two ladies spent a good hour helping me find just the right balance at a price that was reasonable. I left feeling satisfied with that visit. Then, maybe a week or so after, I went in to buy some cute little diaper covers for my dog and Kaitlyn and Karen were just wonderful. They remembered her, helped us, and even offered her a surprise balloon pup cup. My dog, who usually never accepts treats from strangers, and who has never liked pup cups, devoured all of it happily. It really made our day for days. I appreciate places like this and employees like these two women more than I can express. For this reason, I will continue to support in-person stores rather than online. It can make all the difference in our lives.
