Since the kennel is next to their house, someone is always available to take care of the pets. Plus, it's a pretty small place, which means each pet gets special attention. The prices are VERY reasonable as well. MUCH better experience then other kennels in the area (even the ones we like!). When we picked up the dogs, we forgot to grab their blanket, and Bill washed it and brought it to our house the next day! Now THAT is amazing service. We will definitely be back.

They must let the dogs run around quite a bit, which is great - because every time I pick up my pup from them she is worn out! they also play relaxing music in the little pup cottage and the lighting is very relaxing (not sure if the dogs care or not) and Bill actually gave me a tip for dogs that maybe don't eat their food when they're in a new place - he recommends putting a little chicken broth in their dry food and that always works for my dog who tends to not eat her food when she's in a new environment. Highly recommend - great folks who really care for the animals that are brought to them.

Dr Tribby and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, and took great care of our babies. They went above and beyond to do micro testing for my kitty whose ears have been bothering her, got us the results and antibiotic drops before we left. Check ups and full vaccination boosters as well as the test and additional treatment for one of our cats under $450 is very reasonable. We will be gladly returning and I recommend this facility to pet owners in the area. My only complaint is that they had 2 large peace lily plants in the treatment room, which are pretty well known to be toxic to cats. Not sure why they would choose to have that in a vet office. Other than that it was a great experience!

He was wild when we got him from the previous owners. He refused to deal with me and my wife. He loved my two Grandsons (who live with us) and stayed in the room with them. We had to go out of town, and we boarded Gizmo with them. That's when I found out that Rebecca ran a training program. It was a 30-day session. While we missed him greatly, we kept in touch thru texts and pics. On September 20, Rebecca brought Gizmo home to us. I would have never believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. He had settled down. He came to us. She went over the different commands he understood, and we practiced. Soon she left to go home. He went outside with me on a leash. No pulling. No wildness. A completely different dog! Two weeks in and he comes when called. He jumps up on the chair with us. He keeps me company as I work daily. He loves belly and back scratches. This week, I decided to try going outside with him with no leash! FANTASTIC! Does his business then wants to play! This is the dog I wanted when we chose Gizmo. I was told I have to take him to irmo location because that groomer is good for doodles. So I showed up at 8 a.m. 5 weeks after his butch job. And they told me I was suppose to take him to west columbia location. I was like wth.. but she showed me a text that mentioned west columbia but then they sent me the address to irmo location .. i just need a good groomer, this area is short on qualified groomers. I'm from Florida and had the same groomer for all my dogs for 15 years. Hear I've had him at 5 different groomers. I promise it's not me . And of course they blamed me for there incompetence. So sad, considering opening my own grooming shop. For people who just can't find a shop here. Terrible experience.
