Ms Deb is wonderful! My dog went to daycare with Ms. Deb every week for a long time, until I moved to Charlotte. He had separation anxiety and Ms. Deb worked with him from day one. I knew she was magical when my little nervous nelly started to get soo excited to go to daycare that as soon as we'd pull in the drive way he'd go wild trying to get in the door faster. I had a truly horrific boarding and training experience with my new puppy at a place in Charlotte recently, and I just can't say enough how every experience I ever had here at bubbles & bows was exceptional. My dog has been attending daycare at BnB for more than 9 months, two days a week. It is an understatement to say that my dog loves the facility, owner, and all of her daycare friends! They go above and beyond to make sure my girl has the best experience every time she goes! They are constantly taking photos to keep me updated, and give me great feedback when I pick her up to let me know how her day went! This past summer was my dog's first time swimming. They taught her to not only swim like a pro, but she also learned to dive, and go underwater! I am able to relax at work knowing that my fur baby is well taken care of, each and every time she goes to play with her friends!! We are new to the area and were looking for a place to board our two mini doxies. We chose Bubbles and Bows because Ms. Deb is well versed in dog behavior and she makes a point to learn about each pet individually. If I could give this zero stars I would. I have been using bubbles and bows for years but for the last couple of visits I have been using pet smart as its really hard to find time to take them during the week with work. However, I decided to make a visit with B&B and she was extremely rude wanting to know why I went somewhere else. Also said going to pet smart ruins then and she is not sure how they will adapt coming back to her. Whatever the heck that means. This business isn't about customer service. It's about her and her business and you better be prepared to work around her schedule and her terms and you better not go anywhere else. That's your business, and as a customer, I choose not to give you mine anymore. read more

We had never kenneled our dogs before the week of June 17, 2016. I never thought I would need to, so the search began. I spoke with a few places, and then I found Bubbles & Bows Website page. It was then that I picked up the phone and called. I left a msg, and Debbie called me within a short time. After speaking with her, I KNEW this was the place we would choose. I KNEW they would be taken care of like I do (maybe even better lol!) Debbie is awesome! She took great consideration with the fact that my pups are senior doggies. During our vacation, she called to reassure me they were doing just fine. (Talk about customer service!) By comparison of pricing, I paid a minimal amount more than the prices I found at other facilities, so my pups could have daiquiris by the pool and the treat bar ;) This is not required, but who doesn't want to spoil their puppies? The CON: For 3 days after my furkids were home, they whined and complained because they were either A. not with their friends or B. we were not Debbie! I bought my lab a baby pool to help make life back home okay again LOL. When your dogs miss their vacation spot, you know in your heart it was JUST right!!! Debbie has been taking care of Bubba, our English Cream Golden Retriever since he was old enough for training. She not only helped me train him, she helped train me to train him. He gets so excited when I pack his blue bag that I have to scold him to get him to remain still while putting his collar on. My husband says that he actually pulls him into the office when they arrive. These people love their job, the animals, and make each dog feel so special. An excellent place for your dog to stay. In fact, we are going on a three week trip soon, and Bubba will be "spoiled rotten" (not really) when we return. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We booked a stay for our dog while we went on vacation...MONTHS in advance. Two days into our week long trip, the owner called me and told me that my dog was trying to escape and she didn't know what to do. He was having separation anxiety. We agreed that I would call the vet for anxiety medicine and allow our dog to stay in a kennel with another dog to ease his separation anxiety. No more than 30 min later the owner called back and told me to leave my vacation and come get my dog and refused to try the medication from the vet or any other measures to help our dog adjust. She said she couldn't deal with him trying to get away. Thankfully my father in law went and got him or we would have to leave and drive 5 hours home. The owner agreed to refund our money but when the time came, she did not refund the correct amount. Our dog acted scared for several days. Any loud noise and he cowered down like he had been abused. I don't know what happened to him those two days. But I would advise you not to use this facility. There is a reason he was trying to escape. He had never tried to jump a fence before and hasn't since he left that facility. She is rude and heartless. I wouldn't trust her with a fly. read more

I wouldn't take my pup here for any reason. We called to speak to them and set up a time to tour their facility. They didn't answer during their business hours listed on their site. We left a message and they never returned our call. My parents were out visiting locations for nicer boutique kennels. They came out during their business hours listed. Assumingly one of the owners (the husband), was out taking down decorations from the holidays. He wouldn't show them the facility. He wasn't rude but asked they come back the next day between 9:30 and 10:30am. They showed up well before 10:30. The male owner walked inside their house and the female owner came out. She was EXTREMELY RUDE to my 70+ year parents who wouldn't know how to be rude to a person. She wouldn't let them in to show them the facility. She said they could come back in 4-5 days if they want to see anything or just not come back at all. She accused them of missing an appointment when they never made an appointment and came specifically when they were told to by the husband who wouldn't let them in the day before. There is obviously something going on with this place when 1. Possible customers are not let in to see the facility for any reason. 2. They do not return calls to possible customers. Why would I ever expect them to call me if something is wrong with my pet?! 3. They are so extremely rude to ANYONE! We are not the only people this has happened to obviously looking at other reviews. Learn how to treat people before you start a business. Especially one that deals so closely with customers family members (Pets) that rely on them so heavily. read more
