Been a customer here for years. They have had great people to deal with. Not the same. My QR code will not scan. Over 2 months. Manager said their office will call. They have not. I don't know why this place has such low reviews. I found the staff and service to be fast and friendly. Inside is nice clean and comfortable to wait while car is cleaned. The job they did was very good and I am very happy with it. It was $280 and no normally I would not pay that but half was gift cards. I use my truck a LOT for work and like I said very happy with the cleaning they did. My thought is you know where your going and how much it will cost so why bitch when you know the price! Don't waste your time or money here. Aligned with the past reviews, this place is still WAY overpriced for the sad quality of work they attempt to pass off as being professional. Charging $400 for a detailing package where the finished product arrives with dirt and dust that's clearly visible in the interior is unacceptable. The customer service is substantially lacking, which is a direct reflection on the management who needs to get it together. Would've have given 1-star, but after complaining onsite, they did lower the cost, so perhaps there's still some hope for them? Step it up Bubbles, you're not the only game in town! read more

I am so Angry with the so called Customer Service treatment at this location. It is nothing short of a "Shakedown" masquerading as an upsell. I brought in my F250 personal truck. I wanted a Basic wash, inside and out. I know what I am getting. A vacuum, and a swipe with the cleaning cloths. Usually costs in the neighborhood of $60.00 to $70.00. They started out at $249.00. They called it the Premium Clean. I wanted the Basic Clean. They continued down to $129.00 with a caution that my truck would likely remain dirty. I recognize that folks can sometimes take advantage and the seller needs to protect themselves. But I am not one of those folks. This was insulting and bordered on abusive. Shame on Bubbles. This review really deserves 0 stars. My husband got his car detailed, and It was the 200.00 pkg. I wasn't there, or I would have noticed how bad of a job that was done on the inside when it was finished. His car needed a good cleaning, and he was willing to spend the money. We ended up cleaning at home , the areas that were neglected to say the least. There was 4 pails of extremely dirty water from he inside. For us to go back would take at least an hour. So I've been going to this Bubbles location for years as they've always done a great job on my truck. Normally just your basic inside/out kinda detail and I'm happy. Not this time. The young salesman outside up sold me to a$100 plus tax clean and then the truck came out terrible. Over Promised and under delivered. The right side of my front windshield, mirror and truck window didn't even get wiped down on the inside. Where the "kid" said the dirt would be removed...nah ahh didn't happen , came back. Very pricey for a car wash, but you can get by for $15 in the early mornings for a basic external wash. I go for the external wash that includes undercarriage spray, triple foam and hot wax, but no Rain-X or tire dressing; $29, but you get your next wash within 7 days at half price with this package. If you have a high-end car and want to pamper yourself to a 99% spotlessly clean car, I would spend the money. I only wish they would let us drive through, rather than have to let them drive through the wash. read more

This is the worst Bubbles in the Edmonton area. The slick talking sales guy had an attitude when I brought up my previous experience of a poor interior clean. He is focused on the up sell and not the customer experience. The focus should be on the customer, not how fast you can push vehicles through the tunnel. This will be my fifth and final time at this location. It will be an inconvenience to go elsewhere, but other car washes in Edmonton do a much better job...and with less attitude. read more

Okay.... where to start....I showed myself today Sept 26,2018 to that particular DETAILING SHOP which is supposed to be a professional car detailing... First at my arrival NO ONE came to me for a detailing service I had to go inside to ask for service so...first sign that it wouldn't be a good move but I decided to give it a try....and go on with it !!!! Well, it was my first mistake. Second,my car wash and detailing omg....I should have went to the next car wash ( Do it yourself ) because the detailing on my truck is a mess and I don't exaggerate carpets were not washed and cleaned, side,rear,running boards on my truck has miss and hits like if the work was butchered they just simply did a sloppy job for $79.00 it was just throwing my money to the trash. I have so much spots of dirt that if you want to waste or throw your money away its the place..... I am not bashing but I have to give my reality check and also advise people like me that wants a professional place for your money to inform people that if you want a decent detailing done well thats not the place ( anyways for me ) So disappointed of the work that was my first and last time for sure..I should've read the review before I went there ! You couldn't pay me to get my car done there again. I paid a ridiculous price for a not even clean vehicle, they left the cloth under the hood which caused a troubling rattling noise until I figured that out. And to top it all off, the carelessness of the children washing my vehicle cause streakiness behind my dash that I can't get rid of. read more

i wish i could give no stars. Upsell and charge way more than the serive is worth... i dont mind paying for a fair sevice but this place is a cash grab. 2007 Jeep Cherokee 35K KM Absolutely the worst Auto detailing service in the Edmonton area, Truck was fairly clean to begin with had been Detailed in Jan 2013 went in for spring cleaning in may 2013 after just 4000KM they missed so much stuff could not even list it all. I had my car washed and vacuumed June 4th. When I got home I saw that there was damage done to my driver's side door. So called the St Albert Bubbles right away. I was told to come back in. Since I lived out of town, I told them that I could be there for around 1:00 pm, because I was going into Edmonton to pick up my mother in law. When I arrived I saw one of the managers. I showed her the damage. She told me it could not have happened there because everything is done low. Then I asked if it could have happened when it was vacuumed. She said no because the doors are open. Well you have to open the doors before you start to vacuum. So I watched the video of a Bubbles cleaning. They use a wand to spray your car down. Now I know what damaged my door. It was either the spray wand or the vacuum head. I also sent a message to head office but have never heard from them. So I'm telling everyone that I know and anyone else that I meet, to not use Bubbles Car Washes, because if they damage your car they will deny doing the damage leaving you to have it repaired. read more
