I was thoroughly impressed with my car wash and attention to detail at 109 Car Wash & Detail Center. I paid for the VIP treatment which was the full interior and exterior car wash. I was nervous to pick the right one because the menu is right there when you pull up to get your car wash. My own minus 1 star is that there is a line that forms when you're getting your interior car wash and I feel like the more cars form, the less time you get for your inside wash. So .... come when it isn't busy! The exterior was machine wash and since I got the VIP treatment, my car was pulled over to a separate spot outside and was hand cleaned by one employee. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I have free car wash certificates that were a gift and when you try to use them they try to make you "pay the difference" even though I know that the deluxe wash was bought. Reason being is I couldn't care less about them running soapy water over my car and slamming rubber tubing into my exterior... what I like about them is the job they do on the interior. They vacuum well and armorol the thing to a bright, scented shine.
