In addition to scratches all over the roof and spoiler, they used chemicals and cleaners that should not have been used on my vehicle. This resulted in permanent stains on the exterior trim, staining throughout the wheel wells, and blotchy marks across the leather and interior trim. Another professional detailing company evaluated the vehicle and provided a written report. That report states the entire car now needs to be redone inside and out just to correct these mistakes, with an estimated cost of $400. That figure does not include the roof repair, which was estimated at an additional $500, the paint damage on the side mirror at approximately $100, or the cost to replace the permanently stained trim pieces... not to mention that they also ruined the carpeting in my trunk from cleaning it way too aggressively. I was also informed that the scratches on the spoiler and roof went through both the clear coat and the paint, which means those areas will require complete sanding and repainting to be properly corrected. To make matters worse, I later learned that the owner, Adam, is only 20 years old and that his LLC was created just two months before my appointment. In my experience, Adam handled the situation very poorly. Rather than taking responsibility, he was dismissive and argumentative, and he showed no willingness to make things right. He even had his father do the detailing work on my car. After I raised these issues, his communication became extremely unprofessional. He repeatedly texted me in a very unprofessional and immature manner, told me that because my security camera was not working I had no proof, and refused to cooperate in resolving the damage. I did eventually receive a refund for the original detailing charge, but it took significant back and forth just to get that much. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. If you care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company and taking your business elsewhere.

Nate did a good job on our family car, which had pet hair and miscellaneous mess from our 2 toddlers. The carpets and mats looked almost new again. Some of the glass wasn't cleaned and still had my dog's nose art all over it. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor.
