My son has been attending this school for 2 yeara now. Ms. Maria and Rahima has been the best teacher, my son enjoy going to school. It has come to the point that he doesn't want to go home, he wants to stay at school. He had learn a lot and continue to learn more. They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. Both my son and daughter are currently attending Bubbly Tots and they are loving and enjoying the environment. We love how the school's program includes activities that allows them to develop as a whole including social, physical, cognitive, and emotional. As parents, we can clearly see that from watching our kids, they have learned a lot from this loving yet stimulating environment. My kids have not only learned a lot, but they were able to make new friends easily. When we pick up our kids, they are always smiling and so happy to tell us what they have learned and all the cool, exciting, and fun things that they have done. In addition, we like how the teachers have helped both our kids adjust so effortlessly. They are so caring and patient with our kids and have made us feel welcomed since day one. Both my kids love their teachers and, as parents, we are absolutely thrilled to see both our kids adjust so well! The teachers really care about all the children and it shows. My 3 year old son goes to Bubbly Tots. One of my friends referred this preschool to us. The facility is very neat and big, conveniently located with a large playground outside. The preschool follows a creative curriculum which is designed to fit each child's developmental level and learning style. They have an outlined curriculum for each age group, daily reports, positive atmosphere, communication log, the list truly goes on. My son enjoys going there, since he has been going there, we have noticed he has learned a lot and his Communication skills and attention span has immensely improved. Not very professional Soni who is the director to take direct criticism so harsh. In the business world it is a way to improve your business not something to break you. Not everyone is going to be happy with your service that's just life. One you got me mistaken for someone else by calling me Allison Michelle is that suppose to be my middle name? and I don't know why you mentioned subsidized childcare I am not on subsidized childcare I am a nurse, me and my husband pay out of pocket you should know that endless you have so many parents that come and leave maybe you can't keep track. Two you have your facts wrong my daughter only has been to one pre-school her whole life and that is yours and before a daycare in Hayward who let an unauthorized person to pick up my child I have every right to write a review on that daycare no one unauthorized should be able to pick up a child . If you would of taken the time to read the reviews that you re-posted in my comments you would see the other two were just ones I was considering my child did not go to those but I guess your the type of person to just assume not try and know the truth first. And I gave my honest opinion and experience I didn't expose anything else that goes on in your pre-school I simply said it's not the worse it's not the best and for all the people who think this review is funny then so be it because this information could be useful for a parent who wants their child really supervised and would rather chose a place with more staff. The teacher to student ratio is too high for them to supervise the children properly. Our son came home with bruises and scratches after just 2 weeks of attending this facility. On multiple occasions they did not have a report of what caused his bruises and scratches. He would complain of fights each time I picked him up. After we pulled him out and enrolled him at another school, he displayed aggressive behaviors towards his new classmates due to all the fighting at Bubbly Tots. Before going to this school, he had never exhibited these aggressive behaviors. read more

Hi. My children have been attending Bubbly Tots since December 2007. As a widow at the time with a 13month old girl and a 21month old boy, I found a hard time finding the right place to keep my children safe whilst I attend school/work. Ms Soni the director reassured me that they will do their very best in taking care of my children and she delivered on her word! My children practically grew up in this center! Over the years I noticed my children blossoming into little people because of the education and loving nature of the staff and Ms Soni provided. I am grateful for them for taking care of my kids even when my kids were upset, moody or throwing a temper tantrums ( as all kids do time to time because its their nature!). Most kids are lucky to have stay-at-moms and dads and I was not privileged to have the same lifestyle. I believe Bubbly Tots filled that gap because they did everything a father would do. They spent time with my children, they taught my children good habits and handled disciplines accordingly without being aggressive. This center also handles each child as an individual instead of trying to force them to act all the same like most centers do. Children are not uniformed and they should not be treated that way except when it comes to the fundamentals. Bubbly Tots provided individualized care for my children and many others because it was the best form of application to take care of the child(ren). My children were safe and sound and the staff always informed me daily about my child's progress because it was something I wanted to know about and they did it with no fuss! They gave out weekly homework, and show and tell Fridays and kept a daily behavior log for each child which helped keep parents informed. My children were not the easiest children to work with because of the absence of their father, but I can honestly say the staff is fully capable and willing to meet any challenge faced by any child! I love this place and I have profound respect for them because the staff truly cares about all the children at the center! I completely trust Bubbly Tots with my children every single day from morning to afternoon. Each day my children came home with new stories about all the great activities and arts and crafts. Dinner time at our home was like little theater shows of my children teaching us new songs in both English and Spanish!! My kids new how to write their names, learned emergency phone numbers and colors, shapes and age appropriate math and English/Spanish.This center truly embraced my children and every other child. They respected all families' culture and religious beliefs. Every birthday was recognized at this school and no child was ever left alone or out of any activity. I consider this place as my co-parent because the staff here really went above and beyond just like I would! I admire the staff's patience with children and their passion for positive child hood development! My children and other children were on a daily structured schedule which includes free play and time to just unwind because that is part of growing up. Some parents want to militarize their little ones and forget they are just babies growing up and the most important thing is that the kids are happy and healthy and safe. If you want to choose a sustainable childcare/preschool learning center then Bubbly Tots is your best bet! The place is run by a director who is educated and certified! They provide breakfast, snacks and lunch daily and understand that if a child is extra hungry - that child is taken of and never turned away unlike some centers. This place had surveillance cameras and a single entry into the school and single entry out. The other ports of entry are emergency exits only. This center also administers medicine only after a consent form is signed by the parent. Ms Soni and staff members contact parents right away in cases of emergencies including if children do not feel well. Ms Soni handles each and every parent concern regarding their child accordingly in a professional manner and without hesitation. This center is consistent and recognizes children's good behaviors! It is quite comforting to know my children were well taken care of. Other centers or even in-home providers do not pay attention to other peoples' kids because they are driven by an economic factor even when it comes down to running out of diapers! This center also simulates potty training styles that a child in working on a home so there is consistency at the school which helps a child to be more confident in being independent from the diaper/pull-ups. This center is driven by its passion to help each child reach its full potential for their age and learning level. (My son began Kindergarten last year and my daughter began Kindergarten this year. I could not get my son to potty train but ms.zuhal and his other teachers helped to make him comfortable on the potty and now he is going to the potty as much as possible. My daughter really excelled after going to Bubbly Tots Learning Center for about a year. She had lots of fun while she was learning. She really liked her teachers (Ms. Laura and Ms. Michelle). Whenever I would visit the center the children were always listening and seemed to be very well behaved. They always did arts and crafts,and had circle time daily. She learned many songs and even learned a little Spanish. She learned letters, numbers, shapes, and had homework assignments on a weekly basis which helped to prepare her for kindergarten. The facility is big and clean, the schedule is flexible to fit your needs, and they provide nutrious meals throughout the day. My son took a little time to adjust to school life, and Ms. Rahima and Ms. Maria helped him a lot during the transition. When me and my wife started looking for a day care for our first born, it was a long and meticulous process because we wanted to make sure we had every reasonable option considered before making a decision. That involved both online and offline research which included visits to several of these facilities and combing through the web for any insights we could get about these day cares. In the end, our choice was Bubbly Tots and almost two years later, we're pretty comfortable and happy with the choice we made. The staff at this daycare are people who genuinely enjoy kids and it shows in how they interact with them even away from the eyes of the parents or the supervisors. I paid for it, not really considering a review of another mother who complained of a lack of supervision or monitoring. Our toddler has gone "missing" twice in the five months he was enrolled. He was left outside in the play yard and forgotten in the evening. The owner apologized the first time and so did the teacher. My son seemed alright. That was earlier. The 2nd time, my husband came to the school to find out he was not in the building. The teachers could not find him and discovered by looking outside again, that he walked outside in the evening when the door was left open, and was in the yard without a coat and in the dark crying. He had peed himself and was in such hysteria, he had no more tears left. There were 3 teachers on duty that evening. I appreciate the apologies, but the idea of my toddler being out in the cold, alone, and in the dark haunted me all that night. We decided he was never returning again. Our son loved the school aside from this major issue. I hope the school comes up with a stronger monitoring process in the future so that it does not happen again. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this preschool stemming down from the director, learning structure of the classes, the facility, teachers, birthday/holiday activities, and the list goes on. My son started coming to Bubbly Tots about two years ago and I must say it has met all my expectations. The moment my husband and I walked into Bubbly Tots for the tour, we knew it was a good fit for our child. I love the fact he enjoys going to school and he has also made a lot of friends that he looks forward to seeing every day. It also amazes me how much he has learned throughout the years and all of his teachers have been amazing. My Son has been attending Bubbly tots since he was 2 1/2 years old. He is going to graduate tomorrow from preschool and he is well on his way to kindergarten. The staff here at Bubbly Tots have been amazing. It's not a place for your kids to just come and play all day, they actually learn many things. My son has learned his colors, shapes, how to spell and write his name. He can even count to 100. Ms. Soni is great to work with, you can tell that she really cares about the center, the staff and most importantly the kids. From babies to toddlers to pre-k, they have different classes/areas to accommodate the different age groups. I would recommend Bubbly Tots to anyone. My son, husband and I all love it! There needs to be more staff in the classroom. Not enought teacher to supervise the kids. Certain staff members are lazy and eat the food that's provided for the kids. One teacher who is very big would be talking on the phone or chatting in the hallway with other parents instead of watching the kids. I am also not pleased with the potty training. Seems like lack of education on the teachers part. I see one teacher throw another child outside because she's mad, the child look very young, maybe 2yrs. I don't recommend this school to anybody. My son is in the Wise Wizards class, which is the last class he will be in before starting Kindergarten next year. This will be his second year at Bubbly Tots and I don't have one bad things to say. Ms. Soni, the school director, is awesome! She always works with my schedule and is willing to make any changes that will help accommodate my needs. I really appreciate how quick she is to respond and answer any questions that I have. All of the teachers are amazing and my son really likes all of them which gives me a peace mind knowing that he is happy and well taken care of while I'm at work. The school is real clean and the classrooms are decorated and designed to match the age group of the children in the class. My son is learning so much at Bubbly Tots! He has learned how to write his names, learned new songs, learned how recognize and write his letters and is even learning Spanish, and he just turned 4 years old a couple of months ago. I especially love how they celebrate all holidays and make it fun for the kids by having class parties, art projects and on Halloween they trick or treat and have a parade. I also love how they provide breakfast, lunch and snack for the children and don't charge extra for providing meals..Everything is included in the tuition. They feed the children healthy food which makes it easier for me when it comes to eating veggies at home. My son used to be a picky eater, but now he eats all fruits and veggies because they serve it at school, and he's learned to like it since he sees all of his classmates eating the same things he is eating. When I first spoke to Mrs. Soni Singh (director) of the Bubbly Tots Learning Center she was very professional and always pleasant. She gave me tour of the place and I love the playground area since it was located in the back of the building. The building is controlled access and have three large rooms for certain age groups. My son was 1 years old at that time when he first attended. As he gets older he was in the Busy Bees class then transition to the Wise Wizards. Now it's been over four years here, my son will turn 5 by this coming August 2015. I am very exhilarated for the upcoming kindergarten class but we will truly miss this place because my son also loves going to school at Bubbly Tots. The staff and the instructor are great they're both caring and understanding especially Mrs. Rahima and Mrs. Rhoda. My son was comfortable in the Busy Bees class and did not want to be in the Wise Wizards class. Mrs. Soni was very comprehending and able to accommodate us with our personal needs.
