You will be steered toward a computer and introduced to someone who will help you get set up. You will then answer questions which help populate your family tree. That's it. I guess some people are limited to 30 minutes per computer session but our extremely friendly and energetic helpers stayed with us and guided us for nearly an hour. When we had pretty much exhausted our efforts, they printed out a nice color copy of the family trees we had developed and even rolled our printouts into a very sturdy cardboard tube. This was a wonderful and very unique experience. I highly recommend it.
