This apple pie consists of a heaping load of apple filling wrapped in a flour tortilla like wrap, rolled thick in cinnamon sugar. I'm really glad I ate that first, so I knew I had room. The apple pie at this location was $1.58. I decided on a sliced brisket sandwich for lunch. I watched the Buc-ee's team members chop and assemble these sandwiches as I waited for them to restock the hot counter. The sliced brisket sandwich didn't disappoint. The brisket was thick sliced and had a strong Smokey flavor with a pepper tongue heat, matched with a sweet bbq, sandwiched between soft burger buns. The sandwich was big enough to conquer my hunger. This is a pit stop worth having. I have never seen so many gas pumps or a longer car wash in my life. The inside of the store was hopping. Tons of people. This is no ordinary gas station. They have food, to include BBQ, pickled eggs, handmade salsas, and more beef jerky than you can imagine, both of the tender and firmer varieties (we did a tasting and it was amazing) The have a coffee bar that has every kind of flavor and condiment you can imagine. They have dozens of soda fountains with Coke, Pepsi, and local/craft soda flavors as well (like pina colada). They also have a huge store that sells everything you would need for the road, but also clothes, home décor, trinkets, nic naks. The chain is more popular around Texas but this will definitely be a staple stop on the Atlanta to Florida trips. read more

Stopped in because we usually love to stop here when we travel. Was going to buy 2 pulled pork sandwiches and we asked for barbecue sauce the lady behind the counter loudly said "we ain't go no sauce" we could clearly see barbecue sauce in small containers right behind her. When she saw that we could see them she stated "they are all busted and we ain't got anymore in the back". However the next lady that came up was given 2 of the very same containers and they were wiped off before handing them to her. Who wants a barbecue sandwich with no sauce? This is place is interesting. It made me feel like I was in National Lampoon for some reason. 120 gas pumps, part convenience store, part Wawa food system, part Bass pro Shop. Definitely not your typical rest stop. If you're on I75 going through Georgia, this is definitely a neat place to check out. Highly recommend the pulled pork and chips if you're hungry. We ended up staying here for around an hour...lol. Advertising on billboards on the interstate is funny and maybe not really PC or children appropriate, but its part of the brands appeal and definitely caught it attention. What can I say it's a gas station! But if I didn't need gas I would still come. Gas is consistently cheaper than other stations especially those off the highway. They have tons of food and merchandise. Their beef jerky is amazing and I thoroughly enjoy trying all the flavors. Fresh from deli is best over bags but I have yet do try one I dislike. Brisket is something we don't leave without and sausage pastry (who's name escapes me) are decent. I would skip adding cheese to anything. Fries are huge. They have a unique and amazing selection of merchandise from select vendors and their own branded merch. Soda fountain is cheap and has some great flavors. And how can I forget, it is so CLEAN! Never have to wait for bathroom and neither does your dog with the grass area made just for them just outside. They have gas (ethanol free too) def and diesel. read more

Best pit stop/rest stop on I-75 in Georgia. Definitely not a newbie to Buc-cee's, I enjoyed them in Texas. It's a great way to take a break from the road, refuel, and explore the store. It is so easy to wonder around the store. One of the best features of the store is they offer local and state themed items. Another gem is the the food. There's a deli and hot foods area that is better than going to the nearest fast food option. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The pumps were clean, as was the store. It was my first time here and I wanted to explore and maybe pick up a cool, ridiculous gas station retail item! I walked in with Powerball tickets to scan, but I didn't know that they didn't do lottery here. A woman standing behind the counter yelled "We don't do lottery here!" As soon as I walked in the door. I didn't address her personally or anything...and that's how I was greeted?? I thought this was THE gas station. I had intentions of swooping through, but I pretty much just walked in and out. Why would I give business to bad customer service? It doesn't matter what kind of business you run, or how successful it is. A 10-second interaction can make or break someone's day. You have no idea what other people are going through, and more often than not, people remember the interactions they had over the experience they had. Buc-ees is a great modern twist on the old highway stop. Always the best gas prices even though they never advertise it, and always an available pump. Is Buc-Ee's amazing yes BUT this location needs to do better!! I've been to ones in Texas that were better than the one in Alabama but all are better than the one in Georgia. This location had multiple stalls under maintenance and the one I chose had no toilet paper besides the scraps that were left on the floor, no hand sanitizer and no attendant. This may sound Boojie but they pride themselves on their restrooms and this one was not up to their standards. Our cashier tonight did not know how to give change back, my husband handed him $32.10 for our $27.10 tab and he kept handing him his $2 back. My husband nicely said I get a $5 bill back, he still did not understand. My husband finally said just type it into your register ‍ The rest of our experience was good, food was good and jerky was amazing, like always. My 3 star review is for corporate not for customers. That was more chaotic than an Apple Store, and I know what that's like first hand as I worked at one for several years. Pulling in off the highway is the road to danger. The parking lot ands pumps all mobbed. Cheap gas not worth the volume of people! Sure stop once to experience the beaver fever. So I'm a Buc-ee's guy. I have T-shirts from all over Texas and it was always the highlight of Texas road trips. The Georgia Buc-ee's is an example of what happens when a great company gets big and volume sales outpace good customer service. I always bragged about the cleanliness of the restrooms based on my experiences in Texas, but the Warner Robins bathrooms have been dirty every visit. I recently purchased potato salad from the grab and go and didn't realize that it had expired two days prior until I was down the road. Tried to call them to alert them to check their stock and they don't take phone calls. I submitted a "safety concern" on their website and never heard back. Love the concept and the store is cool but the company seems like they got big enough not to care about losing customers. read more

This place is jammed with people. The lines to check out are very long. We did a quick walk through to say we had been there but not sure we will stop again. I give them credit for nice clean large bathrooms, even with a line it moved very quickly. I heard people say the food was great but not willing to wait in the checkout line. The only gas station in the world that is an event! 200+ pumps (look for the ethanol free) and people trying to get on every one. Once inside they have it all. People are swarming...Buc-ee's souvenirs of every shape and form. Snacks and drinks galore (although the coffee was just so-so). And the best part---the brisket! They bring out a fresh smoked brisket like every 10 seconds. They slice it and shred it and make sandwiches that are snapped up as fast as they can get them on the shelf. I personally recommend the sliced. they don't add sauce because it doesn't need it. The spices and smoke they cook with is all you need. Plus without sauce it is easier to eat on the go! They also have a tacos, a beef jerky bar with 10-20 flavors or so, and a fudge station. This is not your normal stop for gas (which was some of the cheapest gas in the area btw). Our first Buc-ee's experience was so much fun! We were so excited to come here after hearing all about Buc-ee's from Texas friends over the years. It truly is a wonderland! Lots of fun food like you'd find in a homemade candy shop or state fair as well as a wine section, toy section, home decor and of course special Buc-ee's merch. I got the beaver nuggets which were delightful! I also got some commemorative items including a cute beaver magnet and shot glass and we got special Georgia Buc-ee's tshirts which were cute and not tacky like the other souvenirs. The bathrooms were fabulous. Hands down the best bathrooms you'll ever find along I-75. Each "stall" had an actual sealing and locking door and its own hand sanitizer inside. There were TONS of gas pumps as well and cheaper gas than anywhere around this area! This may be promotional since the location just opened. Important to note that although masks are required, MANY customers (and this place was packed) ignored this and did not have masks. Employees didn't seem to care. It has a jerky bar where you will find things like turkey you will find things like turkey jerky and is and bison jerky.
