I came here for my second time ever as a stop along the way to our final destination. Previously I've tried the brisket and turkey sandwich (both are excellent). This time I had the chicken and fries which came with a free popsicle. I ate the blueberry and cheesecake flavor which tasted exactly how I'd expect. It was around 7:30PM on a Friday night when we arrived so we had no issues with parking or ordering. I also got some peppered jerky's to go. I hear at particular times of the day and during season, the crowds can be intense here. The bathroom was incredibly clean as expected. And I really liked my food. I bought two sauces as well (although at the time I picked them up I didn't know they cost extra). I wish they had a couple of picnic tables so we didn't have to chow down in the car (but maybe that's done intentionally). I can't wait to come back and try other items.
This was my very first Buc-ee's experience. It's huge! It has several gas pumps and they even have a car wash across the street. Inside, it was packed with people. Many were in the hot food section buying brisket sandwiches, bakery items. They even had shirts and pajamas, and anything you might possibly need. Overall, all I bought was a bottle of water but it was neat to finally check this off my bucket list!
Buc-ee's is always one of our go-to spots on road trips so we were looking forward to stopping here. Pros: clean bathrooms, great service, good brisket sandwiches. Cons: insanely crowded worse than I've ever experienced before with no organization in the store or the parking lot, questionable characters asking for money at the gas station. I still love Buc-ee's but if there is any way to bring some organization to the crowded chaos I think everyone would have a much easier and more pleasant experience.
I was so excited to visit Buc-ee's, but now that I'm here, I'm trying to make sense of what I'm seeing. There was so much going on immediately upon entering. The place was bustling with activity, like a crowded flea market. First, I was met with the sight of people standing in line purchasing tobacco products. A few inches down, there were men's apparel and Buc-ee's souvenirs on one side, and women's apparel and other merchandise on the other. When you get to the middle of the store, you're faced with a large selection of jerky in a variety of flavors, bakery items, fudge bars, and other quick bites. You can actually see employees making fresh tortillas and slicing and chopping brisket for the sandwiches. Towards the back of the store are organized aisles, setup like a convenience store stocked with packaged nuts, jerky, snacks, candy, and much more. The women's bathroom was large and clean, with adequate stalls that have lights above the doors to indicate vacancy. Outside was an enormous gas station with more than 20 pumps, and across from it was the large car wash. I have no idea how to categorize Buc-ee's, but it seems to be a one-stop shop for all your travel needs.
This is the supermarket of gas stations. Everything you could want is in this place cleanest bathrooms in the world great gas, anything and everything you want from fresh brisket sandwiches to fresh fudge to jerky drinks clothing everything.
It was like fifty Key West style businesses jammed into one massive warehouse with a beaver named Bucky as the mascot prominently positioned at the front doors welcoming every visitor. Made it through hundreds of big bodies getting a few elbows on the way to the wall of World Famous Beef Jerky with ghost pepper, boheman garlic, teriyaki and jalapeno honey with prices ranging frim $5 - $15 per bag. Full operational kitchen serving hot plates of burritos, beef, tacos, chicken and pastry. Lots of Buc-ee's logo clothing and gift type attire. The parking lot was difficult to find a space so had to park a bit out by the gas station. They also offer a car wash. Spent about half an hour here but had to get back on the road. This place is definitely a whole day event.
Keep driving. We love Buc-ee's. Not this one. I don't know what barrel was scraped to find employees to work here. From the lazy bathroom attendant - who snapped at me because I dared to use an adjacent sink whilst she wiped a mirror (that was nowhere near me), to Kim at the registers who snarked at me because I had the audacity to ask for a receipt- including flailing her arms and chastising me for not asking "loud enough", this is the WORST Buc-ee's we've come across. Dirty bathrooms which I did not think was possible at a Buc-ee's, long lines because they don't have enough rude people to staff the registers, and you'll be waiting 5 to 10 minutes for chicken sandwich. Just don't.
Fill-er up?? Need gas? Need food and drink? Gotta use the bathroom? Looking for souvenirs? Need snacks for the road? Really NEED coffee?? If your answer is a resounding "Yes" to all of the above, especially coffee, then Buc-ee's is your one stop shop of choice. My partner (who's been to a Buc-cee's in Texas)and I ventured to this location after disembarking our cruise ship in Port Canaveral; it was about a 1 hour drive North. Interestingly enough, we discovered this location via YouTube vlogger/channel, "wrightdownmainstreet". She regularly posts vlogs about Disney World, and while looking thru her videos we found a posted vlog about this location. As expected, this location is enormous. Really, it is. I think this is probably the largest gas station I have ever been to. I thought it was pretty awesome they basically had all the needs a driver would want, aside from gas: coffee, drinks, snacks, sweets, warm food, souvenirs, clothes, etc. The snacks and products are their own, and I was impressed with the wide variety of snacks/chips/candies, etc. We took our time perusing the store, as we couldn't check into our Disney World Hotel (Old Key West, see my review!) until later in the afternoon. I estimate we spent over an hour browsing and just carefully looking throughout the store.....especially the snack section and hot food (grab and go section). In the end, we got snacks for the road and room, soda, water, coffee, and brisket wraps. The wrap was good, though I would want definitely want to try other food items on a future visit to any Buc-ee's on the mainland. BOTTOM LINE A stop worth checking out.....especially if you need gas and snacks and drinks for the road.
This was my first time ever at a Buc-ee's! It was a little overwhelming but it was amazing! The bathrooms were so clean. There's so many foods you can get and I got the brisket sandwich and it was delicious. They have a variety of things you can buy from house decor to your normal stuff you find at a gas station! I definitely recommend stopping by!
Had to drive 50 mikes to visit. Heard so much about. Cheep gas to lure you in . Phenomenal inside. Snacks, foods and plus plus. Unique shopping experience. Could spend hours here!
**OVERALL REVIEW** Over the course of years since this location opened, I have visited Buc-ee's numerous times, stocking up on food, t-shirts, and miscellaneous paraphernalia doning the logo featuring Bucky the Beaver. Tangeant note: The most popular t-shirt from Pro-Wrestling Tees is a charicature of Bucky the Beaver featuring Ruby Soho (a.k.a. Ruby Riot). Throughout those years visiting Buc-ee's AND being a Yelp Elite, I have not written a review on them... until now. It is evident by my high-recommendational tone, this location is going to get five-out-of-five-star rating. Let me detail you, why. Though an address is provided, Buc-ee's located in Daytona Beach is one exit north of the exit that has the Daytona Speedway just eastward of I-95. Their sign, a side-view of Bucky the Beaver, is easily viewable from the road. You'll know to make your exit along with the numerous billboards leading up to it. At one time, this Buc-ee's was "the biggest in the United States." That claim can no longer be said, but it should be known that whenever a new Buc-ee's location opens, it always seems to be "the biggest" until the next one opens. On the outside, Buc-ee's lives up to its roots in Texas, because "everything is bigger in Texas" right? There are 104 gas pumps for civilian drivers as commercial trucks are no longer allowed to stay at Buc-ee's thanks to the number of disrespectful truck drivers causing a ruckus. And plenty of people can enjoy Buc-ee's as there are 700 to 750 parking spaces. With all the meat you'll be eating, it should be fine to add a couple more steps sitting afar from the store. If you never been to a Buc-ee's before, you'll be greeted by the strong, delicious scent of brisket. Buc-ee's will go through up to 200 whole briskets a day. That is a lot of briskets sandwiches. And that is just the brisket. There is chicken, beef, and other kinds of cooked meat made into sandwiches and tacos and such. Kolaches are of numerous flavors including a dessert one. Let's not forget the nuts and fudge and everything else in between. In short, there is so much Buc-ee's branded food, freshly made from their deli, bakery, and meat departments or pre-packaged in their grocery section. Sidenote: do not sleep on the Buc-ee's Nuggies and Beaver Nuggets. And to end this review, I have to push their claim of having the cleanest restrooms of any gas station ever. Buc-ee's lives up to their name as the restroom always has at least two janitors on staff for each restroom to clean the over 80 restroom stalls. Those janitors are like ninjas. Once you step out, they swoop in to clean. It also helps each stall has a red light/green light letting people know when one is occupied or not. I could go on-and-on-and-on on why this Buc-ee's gets a five-star rating, but I will simply give you my personal positive insight. The food was always delicious, the service was always kind, and I have bought so many physical items here, specifically t-shirts. And guess what? I will continue to add more shirts to my Buc-ee's collection. The only thing I can see changing is the frequency I go here. "If" the rumored location in Indrio Rd. opens up, it takes me less time to drive south to Fort Pierce than it does for me to drive north to Daytona Beach. Still, that does not take away that Buc-ee's in Daytona Beach is the first Buc-ee's I been to, and it made such an impact that I would purposely make the drive north just to go here.
Buc-ee's is a must stop anytime you pass by. It's is truly a retail wonder but has something for everyone. First, if you're traveling, it's a great place for reasonably priced gas. There is always a great place for pets to stop, and the bathrooms inside are the cleanest you'll find anywhere. This particular location in Daytona has a car wash as well. They are masters at promoting themselves and have brilliantly themed gifts. Whether it's clothing, hats, toys, decor, it's all immense fun. The food is not gas station food. They actually have some really nice BBQ, sandwich and bakery items along with their own candy and snacks. These places are so huge and so fun, it's typically considered an entertainment stop during the day. If you haven't been, you have to stop by, and the Buc-ee's is one of the best.
Besides having a whole lot of gas pumps. Going in the store and shopping is great Lots of knick knacks. Lots of food, snacks, jerky, and don't forget the fresh bbq- pulled pork and briskets. The chicken and fries are pretty good. Lots of fudge and dessert. Can miss shopping buccee's seasonal shirts and clothing. The bathroom is really clean. Be aware - you will end up spending more money inside than the gas pumps.
Yay! They listened- now I can buy their coffee and choose from Oat Milk or Almond Milk (along with a variety or flavorings) This place is bright and cheerful (except for our cashier) Plenty of options for food I had the bbq sandwich and they started giving you one small package of sauce to go - at no charge (plastic) (The sandwich still is not as good as the Shed -Mississippi) better if the had packs of vinegar packs. The cookie bits are yummy as well as the baked goods. Bathroom is big and clean. Plenty of gas pumps They have lots of retail items for sale -coats, hats, gloves, mugs birthday supplies just to mention a few. They have a car wash open with a place to vacuum out your vehicle. read more

Never been to a Buc-ee's before so I made sure before heading to Orlando to step inside of one. If Walmart and a gas station had a baby, this would be it! We stopped for gas, and afterward decided to check it out. This place was huge! They have everything you could possibly need for a road trip. Snacks, drinks, gear, souvenirs, you name it. The food was great with tons of options. All the Buc-ee's branded snacks we tried were delicious as well. Definitely a fun stop. read more

I really enjoyed their Club sandwich, first time tasting it. It was much better than expected. The bun was slightly sweet & soft, zero complaints, nice surprise. The sauce was a little ZESTY! Ham & turkey, I think, were good. Bacon tasted great. I think there was some cheese... the zesty sauce & bacon tastes were stronger. I like this sandwich the best out of all their sandwich offerings. The brisket I like in a tortilla there. I also got pickled green beans in a glass jar & I'm using them as I would pickles. They were great in a potato salad I made. I threw in some sliced pickled quail eggs that I bought previously also. Restroom was great, & gasoline was a better price than other places at that time. I bought some of their cinnamon puffed snacks, a small pack of caramel ones also, & ate them for breakfast the next day as a substitute for cereal with plant based milk, delicious. There was sooo much to look at, but it was a holiday weekend so I left quickly. One thing I wish is that they offered paper cups for water; they don't. If you want water, you have to buy one. They don't provide any type of cup for water. Sometimes after the beach I want water, but I hate buying plastic bottles. I noticed their tortilla machine. Great place. read more

This was my first ever Buc-ee's experience! I love gimmicky tourist stuff when I'm on a road trip, so this was a fun stop. Getting to this Buc-ee's is kind of annoying if you're coming from 95 N. Plenty of parking. Tons of gas pumps. Spacious, clean bathrooms. Loads of snacks and tchotchkes to purchase. I loaded up on the jerky and the candied nuts. The large crowds of people milling around aimlessly was a bit overwhelming, but the employees were all super nice, which made it bearable. read more

3 words: Dr Pepper ICEE The Daytona Buc-ee's, like all others, is a well-oiled machine. The brisket is warm, the jerky wall is eye-boggling, and the retail junk with Buc-ee's endearing beaver smile is a cute visual. If you're a Dr. Pepper fanatic, don't skip the ICEE section near the coffee bar and refrigerated drinks! Pro tip: close ICEE lid before pouring. Bone apple tea! read more

We didn't try any food, so don't know if that helps or hurts the rating! There's lots of cool Knick knacks to check out, like a Cracker Barrel store. There looks to be lots of food options, and had tons of employees to help you if needed. Staff were very friendly! The guests drive a little wild through the parking lot, so be careful! Gas was a great price too, similar to Walmart and Sam's Club. The bathrooms were very clean too. Pretty cool thing to check out. read more
So clean and such a fun experience! They have it all--gas station, car wash, and their amazing store! They had everything you could think of in there! I tried their famous beef jerky! I got Korean bbq and bohemian garlic. Both great flavors but the meat is very tough . I had a mini breakfast burrito which was pretty tasty. I also loved thie sweet peanut brittle and their fresh hot candied nuts that they make in house. I would pass on their iced coffee unfortunately. I also purchased some cute stickers and a keychain. I can't believe I never reviewed this place. We've stopped here several times along with the outposts in Florence and St. Augustine. The only thing notable that happened here was that we happened to show up at the deadest time ever. Why? They were doing some kind of computer reboot and for about 30ish minutes it was cash only. Yeah, that cleared the room better than a asparagus fart. Past that, same old-same old here. For the rest, I'm going to self-plagiarize my own review from the Buc-ee's in Florence. Thematically, the song remains the same: "Like many others have already tried to explain...if you haven't seen or experienced (and it is an experience) a Buc-ee's, it is hard to wrap your head around what's here. Where I'm from in the northeast, large multi-purpose gas stations are far more common than they are in the south but this chain plays by a whole different set of rules. It looks like a mega truck stop except - trucks are not allowed on the property. * Fudge hand whipped on site daily * Brisket hand cut on site non-stop * A carpal tunnel inducing touch screen food ordering system * Immaculate bathrooms with attendants who practically come in to wipe your ass and flush it for you * 100 gas pumps that wrap around the store * Wall of Jerky * Wall of Beaver Nuggets (the name sounds like they should be turds) * Cracker Barrel style Chinese plastic junk merch. section * The staff passed the CFA Stepford Training course * Just like South of the Border, you start seeing signs 100 miles away from a store The gas prices were good for the area. It's easy off/on 95. The food we got was decent considering it came from a gas station. Overall, it's nutritional crap but as road food...meh..ok. I just threw away a half-eaten bag of beaver nugs the other day that made me remember to write this mess. As others have noted, unless you're rolling through here at 3am, the place will be mobbed with people. Not such a big deal outside as there are more than enough gas pumps, but the inside can be very loud and chaotic. If you want it, chances are Buc-ee's not only carries it, but they carry 43 versions of it. It's sort of like what the Eagles talk about in the "Life In the Fast Lane". So unfortunately, me and the family needed to take an impromptu trip up north to Georgia because my great aunt passed away. I initially wasn't sure I would be able to make it because the last-minute flights were very expensive. But at the last minute, my husband decided that we would go ahead and make the trip by just driving instead since we have an electric car Buc-ee's had so many different charging spaces and the plus was being able to stop in and use the restroom but also purchased some of the yummy goodies that we love to get from this amazing store. We did look up based on the time we got there. It wasn't as packed as it usually is during the day when most people are traveling, and so it was even more of a heaven for us to enjoy it without so many people there if you have not visited this place, we I highly encourage you to stop in, when you see those signs on your travels. I hadn't been to this location before. It basically has the same layout of all of the establishments. For me after driving a few hours, it is a greatly place to use their restroom. They have everything here - from pork sandwiches, fudge, shirts, road atlas and more items for your house.. This time around my husband only got a coffee but we most likely will stop at another one on our road trip. Wendis try and go in the line where you can wash your windows but at least 10 cars were already waiting! I did notice that they have re excellent job opportunities for individuals at all levels with excellent pay - so I was happy to see that. read more

This is one of my favorite Buc-ees locations. I noticed they had some popsicles and ice cream sandwiches that I've never seen before and they are delicious. I tried the caramel cookie and the strawberry both were really good. Everything is always so well organized and I love the new merch for the 4th of July! read more

I had a great experience at Buc-ees! Order the Carolina bbq sandwich. It was delicious! Also got some toasted almonds and cashews. They were so warm and yummy. Bathrooms were clean and pristine. I love the extra hand sanitizer in the stalls. I am not going to be able to list every single thing I bought at Buc-ees because I bought everything lol! Treats, caramels, hot sauces , salsas, beachwear, totes.... I could really go on. Parking was tricky but okay. This place was packed but it flows and they have the lines down to a science! You'll be in and out quick. It was fun! read more

A safe, busy, and well lit place for women alone on the road at night. I was driving from Orlando to Jacksonville to avoid Hurricane Milton, and even though the roads were backed up, Buc-cees was well prepared. There is plenty of parking, and more than one entrance, so I found a good spot easily. There was an attendant keeping the bathrooms clean. One of the reasons I stop at Buc-cees so often is because of how spacious and spotless the bathrooms always are, not to mention there are at least 20 stalls so I never have to wait in line. I've never stopped here for gas, though maybe I should now that I'm looking at some of their reviews. Snacks, food, and drinks are always a hit! I can't resist those candied cashews and an X-Large fountain drink for only $1.19. My only wish is that they have more Diet options for their personal soda line, I would love to try a sugar free option of their rootbeer, until then I'll be enjoying my Diet Dr. Pepper. read more
First the good, the car wash is great and so are gas prices when you get the car wash. The staff is as friendly as any other Buc-ee's. Now the bad, this was the most crowded one I've ever been in and the customers are rude and overbearing. Do yourself a favor and stop at the ones in SC, GA or Saint Augustine, Fl if you want a pleasant experience. Also the bathrooms at this location were not up to the chains standards. We were going to get breakfast here but after our fight to get to the bathroom and back to the front door we just left. read more

What's not to love about Buc-ee's?! This travel staple never disappoints. The food was fresh and delicious. The bathroom was clean and even though the line was long it moved quickly thanks to the polite and attentive bathroom attendants. read more
I'm looking forward to the expansion of Buc-ee's into the north. It has to be coming. After our first foray into Buc-ee's in Saint Augustine and the eye-opening, mouth-watering introduction to their brisket, we had to stop again in Daytona. We also looked around their decor and souvenirs section this time, trying to find a magnet for our collection on our front door and a sticker for or van. The selection for both is quite poor. While I did manage to get both, I was disappointed in the general lack of Daytona stickers. We also stopped by the bathroom. Whoever has dubbed them "the best" clearly isn't a wheelchair user. Once again I could not fit my entire chair into the stall and close the door. Jeremy had to sit in it while I did my business because there wasn't room for him to exit the stall or room for him to stand in it. We took our sandwiches to the beach for lunch and had a moment with the brisket while watching the waves and pelicans. read more
Wow! It was my first visit and we spent an hour here. I was able to get a close parking space and there is plenty of parking. You can get a small shopping cart or basket at the entrance. There is a lot of merchandise with the Buc-ees beaver on it including the famous adult onesie. The beaver is so cute! There was a Texas merchandise section too with cowboy hats. The freshly made food here is a must try. You can order food at a kiosk or grab ready-made items. We got brisket sandwiches, sausage on a stick and a veggie burrito for our meals. We got an Icee drink since there were so many flavors available. There is a wall of fountain drinks and a wall of jerky. We got these snacks: beaver nuggets, roasted pecans, pecan praline, pecan log, beaver chips and cookie dough bites. They have jams and hot sauces too. Cons: The store was extremely crowded like a theme park tourist attraction. You have to carefully walk through the crowds here. Also there are no tables inside or outside to eat your food. read more
We stopped at the Daytona Beach Buc-ees for the first time on our way to the Orlando airport. It was on Christmas Eve and was much busier than expected. They have tons of parking, and it was easy to access. Once inside we used the bathrooms (they were clean!), and grabbed drinks to finish our car ride. I got a fresh brewed iced tea (3/4 unsweet and 1/4 sweet). It was actually really really good. Prices are reasonable, and the employees were friendly. Shoutout to the amazing woman at the fudge counter that let us sample a few and complimented my hair and nails. She was so sweet and genuinely seemed like she loved her job. I will stop here again on future roadtrips. read more

Is it dog friendly inside? I see a sign on the outside to pick up after your dog. But I don't see anything about bringing your dog inside. Just asking to make sure I have a family member outside with my dog while I'm inside. Thanks.

Unfortunately, no. That would be a definite bosun if gift cards were added to their shops!
Are there EV chargers here?
I was there approximately one month ago and they are currently working on putting chargers in by the gas pumps. Not sure when it is suppose to be completed but they were working on it.…
