This is a very busy location. Surprisingly when I stopped in the other day their prices were lower than Bucees so I didn't have to cross the street which was great. Like most Sam's you might have a wait. The pumps are definitely slow. They definitely don't have enough disabled parking. Well I must tell you I was NEVER impressed with Sam's club UNTIL TODAY. My husband is the cam for a popular resort on the beach in Florida. WELL, for 4 years NO ONE used the "Sams cash" that you get when you are a member. The resort didn't even KNOW about the cash until my husband questioned it. Over $2000 thousand people, YES, you heard me correctly OVER $ 2000, (I don't think the resort wanted me to say the actual but, I was at the store) Shhh! Sooo, Mark had such a terrible time getting the card in his name (not the cam before him) NOW, he wants to get the money to buy a new washing machine and TVs (Black Friday) for some one bedroom apartment's. Sam's club says the money DOESN'T EXIST!!! WHAAAT??? After an exhausting hour, and Mark telling them he will never renew the membership , MECHELLE, (sorry for not remembering how to spell your name) FINALLY found the money and gave him the resorts money YAAY SOOO, totally worth it. I was SO impressed with Mechelle, she never quit helping him. AMAZING So, the moral of this store is paying the membership to shop in this store ( which I will never do) (because there are only 2 of us in the house and it's too expensive for me) P.S. ANY place of business no matter what you want to return (I don't think ladies/men's private parts though) You CAN return the product just wear them (and yourselves) AND, NEVER get upset/ mad and start yelling!!! I am 77 years of age, and anything I need assistance with the clerks and even customers are there to help, inside the store and out. The store is clean and well organized. It is usually easy to get checked out or to check yourself out. They have several self checkout Lanes. They have a place to buy cooked food such as pizzas, hot dogs, ice cream, the brownie Sundays are so delicious, salads, and sandwiches. They have drinks, and all these things are of minimal prices. They have tables and benches where you can sit down and eat. They have a water machine, where you can get water for 25cts. abottle.Its a wonderful shopping experience folks. Rest rooms are clean . I bought my tires here 8 months ago and unfortunately, I got a nail in one of the tires. I came in at 8:30 a.m. to get it fixed. The girl at the counter told me they did not have any appointments till 11:00 a.m so I took it. I returned at 10:30, checked in, and sat down and was waiting. At 12:15 I finally asked how much longer and she said they have not even started it yet. A simple tire repair with balancing should not take any longer that 45 min-1 hr, 3 hrs later and I am just getting out of here. This is the worst service I have ever had. Lack of communication, then I was told they were short staffed. They should have said this to begin with. The only reason they received 2 stars is because the store manager did go to the automotive manager who came and spoke with me about everything and then he personally went in to help get the tire and paperwork done faster. I am not sure if I will go back to Sam's Club to get tire again. I'll go to Costco and give them my business instead. read more

This particular Sam's Club is located just off of LPGA Boulevard by the outlets. It is a convenient spot for this location, just off Interstate 95 and really, even if you do not want to jump on Interstate 95, all the main roads are right here, as well. There is plenty of parking, but be advised that there is also a lot of customers. We had to park a bit away, but no big deal. The store is rather spacious and is your typical wholesale club experience. Some things are offered at a decent price, some are not so well priced. These wholesale clubs started as a place to buy in bulk, but not everything is sold in giant boxes that will last you years and perhaps decades. A lot of the items come in say a two pack, so it is not bad. You do have to check yourself out and when you leave a checker will scan what you have to what you paid for and you are in your way. Also, like many of these wholesale clubs, they have a little area where you can buy food if you need a snack on the way out. They have items like hot dogs and whatnot. All in all, an ok place if you like wholesale clubs. read more

I renewed my membership over the weekend but I wish I hadn't. I'm spoiled by the big new club by the speedway. I went by today to get gas at Sam's and the lines were chaotic and long. The traffic around the new store is an absolute nightmare. After a quick drive by I decided it wasn't worth the hassle so I cut around and headed over to you know where. Lots of open pumps and far enough away from the store to avoid traffic gridlock. I miss the Beville road location. I'm over Sam's. Not worth the hassle. read more

I don't understand why anyone would give this Sam's Club a poor score, but we been there on several occasions and always have a great experience. This Sam's seems bigger than the one in Sanford, FL and has a larger selection. Anytime we need assistance in locating an item finding an employee has never been a problem. Jack, in customer service, was one of the most helpful and friendly associates that we met. He was understanding, quick to answer questions and very congenial. I appreciate this store, the friendly employees, the cleanliness and the selection of merchandise. The one star review is because of an incident many shoppers witnessed on Nov 15, 2024 where two supremely stupid people had brought their dogs into the store and they two dogs didn't care for one another and tried to go at it. The owners had difficulty keeping their dogs from tearing one another apart. Where was management when this happened? Nowhere to be found. Pets walking around in a grocery store is disgusting. They should be left at home unless it is a bonafide service dog and I do not mean one wearing one of those phony "service dog" vests which can be had for cash. My hometown Sam's Club in Jacksonville, NC will not have the variety of goods as at this location. So I purchased some long sleeve thermal Henley shirts for less than $8 each. A price that I am sure not to see in my area because it actually gets cold and people will need warm clothes. Haha! There were also many small appliances than are never sold in my local Sam's. Sam's is small yet humble. Great finds and prices in wine! Costco may have more high end stuff yet I love the smaller size and the wine samples in Sam's more. They carry wine at super low prices with great taste. They run out fast. I love their machines that supply you with free sample items like kleenex. I am a long time sams club member and have purchased everything from cell phones to paper towels from here. I have atnt as a provider and everytime I have upgrade my phone is have done it at sames club because they always have good deals on them. I feel like this is the best place in town to buy electronics. Sometimes you can find some items for a similar price elsewhere however the one at sams club is normally better quality. Beware some of the food deals are not deal and you are just buying in bulk. So pay attention not everything is a better deal then supermarkets and not worth stocking up so much. Most food items are a very good deal and quality. Anything thing that sticks out to me at sams is there warranties on electronics is very good. Low up front cost, low deductible and easy to take advantage of. I have used the warranty myself and speak from experience. I have also save a lot of money using there pharmacy. I went to Sams Club to get my Covid Vaccination! I was meet with the nicest ladies! The lady who checked me in was so kind. The Pharmacist who gave me the vaccination was great at the shot and talked to me through the whole thing. Was patient and nice to me although I am scared of needles and have anxiety! I had an anxiety attack after and she came out to check on me. She had one of the managers walk with me and talk to me to my car. So friendly. She gave me a big hug and asked Me if I was feeling okay now. Sorry I'm really bad with names. They deserved to be acknowledged! Great experience all in all for something I was very afraid to do. The cashier was nice but another employee walked up to her to help her take stuff out of the cart to ring and as she did that she said something about loading the car ( me not paying attention to it because I was checking the screen to see what was being rung up I did not know she was talking to me) she then proceeded to say "your not going to help load the car ? No? ok then!" me looking around trying to process if she was talking to me or the cashier. She was definitely talking to me. I was in total shock at that point and then she added "you have a lot of stuff" that was the worse service ever I will not be returning to this location and I hope nobody else gets put in that position. Great prices. The only problem I have had since Sam's club moved (they now have walk-in refrigerated area) is with groceries. I've had 3-4 occasions of moldy grapes. The quality of fruits and veggies in the walk-in refrigerator has been spotty. No problem with other products. read more

I have been to multiple Sam's Clubs in 3 different states. I have had a Sam's Club membership for about six years. This club is by far the worst one I have been to. There have been multiple occasions where I have bought (or almost bought) a product that was either poorly packaged, expired, or rotten. I understand that may not be the store's fault but it's still the club's job to ensure the product doesn't hit the shelf or to take it off the shelf when something is not up to code. Products are often left on shelves damaged. It's not just one either. It's often multiple packages are left damaged for people to continue to purchase. I recently walked into the store to find a pallet load of leaking Swiffer Wet Wipe boxes left out to be purchased and no nobody was there trying to clean them up. The store did not seem to care if they were to be purchased even though the boxes were badly damaged. A couple weeks before that an entire pallet load of Pesto had bad seals that lead to a very apparent leak over the floor. It's one thing to see one bad "egg" every once in a while but when you continually see pallets of product either damaged or expired sitting. That's not good quality assurance. read more

Terrible. This review is not for this location in particular but sams club in general and its online business. Obviously they won't let u publish the TRUTH. Wrote review 3/4 times and every time they send me email to moderate becoz they don't like what I wrote. Well TRUTH HURTS. So here it is : Order it for Valentine's Day delivery and also asked for it to deliver in the morning but no flowers yet by fedex at 4:35 pm as I'm writing this. Called CS about it and the lady had the nerve to tell me delivery driver has till 11pm to deliver. Now who in the right mind need flowers at 11pm where I ordered this 2 weeks ahead. Called to asked if the truck was equipped to deliver flowers this late cuz tracking showed out for delivery at 8:23am n now it's 4:40pm n no flowers. I will never order n will not even take chance.
