Wow, what a quirky little gem of a "local flavor" shop! We just happened by while visiting Fort Walton Beach Landing Park (across from the back side of this store on Brooks Road) and were drawn to the glowing "Open" sign and the giant Coca Cola adirondack chair. Having no idea what to expect, we rang the doorbell for entrance and waited about 30 seconds for someone to unlock the door. Once inside, it was clear that this place had been accumulating weird souvenirs, Coke collectibles, vintage objects, and other odds and ends for decades. The small store is packed from floor to ceiling with knicknacks, assorted seashells, art pieces, and traditional beach town tourist junk that folks like me want to bring home as a memento of the visit. We found out that this store is one of the oldest continuously operated, family-run small businesses in Ft. Walton and will celebrate 50 years in 2022. The friendly lady behind the counter seemed to know details about everything in the store and was very engaged with all the customers. Our visit was brief, but I picked up my 2 essential souvenirs (a koozie and a magnet) for less than $10, with a free seashell included. This place is a blast from the past with so many items for sale. Many of the items are resale or consignment store. The owners were so friendly and helpful that after my brother Tom made a purchase they gave us free sodas. We will go back again as many items sold are refilled with new items. read more

An incredible place. Unassuming from the street, looks like it might just be your average beach town gift place. But nothing could be further from the truth; inside it's a wonderland. Inside I saw: Metal flamingo sculptures, Elvis busts, old beer signs, snow globes, an animatronic James Brown, old soda machines, miniature trains, live hermit crabs, along with every Coca Cola glass bottle and product made in the last century. It's really an incredible collection of objects. And the owners know the story behind everything, just listening to them talk about stuff is worth the visit. The guy told me all about these really neat glass tubes that Coke used in the 1930s to test carbonation levels. Just go, you'll spend hours in here discovering all kinds of untold treasures. This place deserves 5 stars for the owner for sure, she was very kind and generous, offered free drinks and was very helpful. The place has amazing things but the prices are all very high which is why I give it the three stars. I wanted to get something from here but what was affordable was something I could easily find myself out on the beach. If you've got the money to spend and are looking for vintage items this might be the place for you and you'll get good conversation with the owner too. read more
