Bucco's Roofing just replaced the roof ( including new gutters and downspouts ) on my house, took three days to do so on a job that could have taken many days longer, worked tirelessly and effectively for all three days. Greg, the on-site roofing foreman, was informative, helpful and available at a moment's notice to answer all of my questions ( and I had many ). His crew was pleasant, attentive to detail, even went so far as to tarp the whole house at one point during a thunderstorm, and cleaned up the entire premises within minutes of completing the job. And the final workmanship was outstanding. Kudos to Greg and his crew. Mike Bucci was the general foreman, met with me numerous times, answered detailed questions about the materials, the steps necessary to complete the not only the roofing but the gutter and down-spout replacement, and oversaw the final installation. Couldn't have asked for a more professional approach to the project. And the results? My wife and I are delighted with the appearance, the quality of the materials and workmanship is obvious ( have already gotten compliments from our friends and neighbors ), and we are immensely pleased we chose Bucco's for the work. A quick thanks to and praise for Sam, the salesman, as well. We took several months to finally select Bucco's, interviewed two other roofers ( both of whom appeared to be quite good ), kept asking Sam for additional information on materials, colors and techniques ( all of which he provided promptly ), and only then chose Bucco's. And that despite the fact we could have gotten the other roofers to do the work for less money. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. WOW! What a tremendous experience with a tremendous company! We needed a new roof but wanted to wait until this spring to have it installed. The people of Bucco's helped restore my faith in contracting! Thank you to Dan and Mark and the awesome crew we had the pleasure of working with! I had a great experience with Bucco's in August 2018. We were in a bind to finish the addition on our house, we had a bank deadline looming and a contractor that walked away. I found Bucco's during my search for a siding company; they came out and gave my husband a plan that fit what we were looking for. I contacted Dan to set up the work and I was impressed right away. I was under a mortgage situation that required a lot of paperwork to approve the contractor and he worked with me to get the paperwork done quickly. I was staring down a bank deadline (the house should have been completed in April). Dan worked with me to get the work done before the deadline hit! He sent out a crew that was professional and the absolute BEST at what they do; the work was done so fast! The crew was professional, friendly and willing to work around some things that that my husband had to do. They were great!! And the house looks beautiful! I could absolutely go on, but I would write a small book. I hate the internet, and avoid it at all costs, but in this case, I need to share my story because I hope this company grows. Last year, we spotted a tiny leak in my son's room. As we had an old roof, we figured that the time had come to replace it. We got three quotes but Bucco's Roofing was the only company who didn't give us an estimate by using Google maps. After going up on the roof, they told us that there was no smoking gun and said that they thought it was actually our chimney. It would have been incredibly easy for them to just give us a new roof, and their honesty really impressed me. While they did recommend a new roof, they said they thought we had another year or two on our current one. They even referred us to a company who could fix our chimney. This year, we tackled our old roof when we started seeing shingles in the yard after every major rain storm. Their prices went up by $700, but we were committed to staying with them because they saved us a lot of trouble in the beginning. They worked from 8 a.m. to 8:20 p.m. It was 91 degrees out and they were installing a black roof, but they still managed to finish everything in one day. They were extremely nice to me and my toddler (who loved watching the "men on the roof") and protected our plants by bringing a giant tarp. We love our new roof and can rest easy during the current monsoons that frequent Pittsburgh. I highly recommend them! read more

From start to finish, this was a terrific experience. Our roof has been leaking for the last two years; and since it was almost 20 years old, we opted for a full replacement. Buccos' estimate was 2/3 that of another contractor. Normally, if things seem too good to be true, they usually are. But Buccos provided a detailed list of every task and the associated cost, and offered a 10-year warranty on workmanship. I was also impressed to see that their team was platinum certified by Owens-Corning. Manny and his team arrived promptly at 7:30 AM, and he promised to finish the job in a day. But when his team began removing the existing shingles, they found the wood below was in terrible shape, with large gaps between boards that would not hold the new nails in place. On zero notice, Manny brought over a full pallet of plywood; and as I watched his drone feed, his team covered the entire roof in plywood before installing the ice/rain shield, felt, shingles, and flashing. I can't tell you how impressed I was by their carpentry and workmanship. And they kept their word, working until 8:30 PM in order to finish that same day. These folks are honest, hardworking, and superbly skilled. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

My choice of Buccos Roofing turned out to be the best decision. Let me tell you why. I did a lot of research on regional roof contractors, and how each should be evaluated before making a final decision. Buccos was very responsive. They called and visited when they said they would. Their quote and recommendations were presented when they said they would. They are very knowledgeable, and very thorough in setting the right expectations. Their price was highly competitive, they showed up on time, actually finished sooner than I expected, and did some additional repairs to the roof without any additional charge. Their crew was very professional, and were very careful not to damage anything else on my property. One of the owners was here multiple times during the day, and since I was not interested in climbing up on the roof of a multi-story house, he took a number of pictures of the roof and showed me what they were encountering, and what they were doing. I cannot speak highly enough about Bucco's roofing! We had received several bids for our roof, and Bucco's gave us the best price. We were under a time crunch to sell our house, and they move up our project by a few weeks in order to get it done. Chris Wilcox the project consultant was super friendly, was very transparent with the bid, listing all the details of the project, and he even reached out to us on a weekend. Christ Gilbert the project manager was outstanding, took pictures for us to see of the work being completed on our roof, and he and his crew started early and were done before end of workday, even with some additional fixes to the roof. The cleaned up everything and made sure we were satisfied. I cannot express the level of communication they provided, going out of their way to make sure we knew all aspects of the project, as well as being completely upfront with all the details. I had my complete roof replaced by Bucco's Roofing. I had 5 estimates and they were all within $500. Sam Felicetti came out and gave me a very detailed description of their work. Of all the estimates I just felt that Sam was very friendly and professional so I went with Bucco's. Manny was my site manager. The boys showed up at 7:45am and started at 8:00. I have a lot of cuts on my roof, steep and 2 sky lights. Before my coffee got cool there were 5 workers on the roof taking off shingles. Manny was aware that I had 2 water leaks on each side of the dormer that faces the back of the house. Manny took pictures of both areas and sent them to my phone. He told me that he would take care of both areas by replacing plywood and extra waterproofing steps with the water barrier. The first day they had the shingles off, the ice barrier, water barrier and the synthetic underlayment on the roof. They worked 2 - 11 hour days and the job was complete. They cleaned up everyday. We got the Owens Corning Black Onyx Duration Designer shingles. Our roof looks GREAT and thank you Bucco's Roofing and their employees. read more

Our roof was damaged by wind storm couple weeks ago in Mt Lebanon area. I was looking for someone to fix my roof, I called multiple companies, some of them were too busy, some of them were trying to charge me ridiculous price. I really had difficulties to find a good one. When I left a message to Buccos Roofing on April 13 afternoon, they called me back in half an hour and provided reasonable estimate based on my description. I sent them some pictures of my roof around 11 pm the same day. OMG! They came to fix my roof next morning! They fixed my roof and did a great job! They charged what they promised. I can't say enough wonderful things about Buccos! They gave us a quote faster than other roofing companies and they were the only company to find hail damage, which allowed the insurance to cover it. The insurance company used Buccos photos of our roof and because they documented the damage so well, the insurance covered it. Even if there wasn't hail damage, I still would have chosen Buccos because their price was the best and the quality of work was amazing. Buccos also communicated frequently with my insurance company so I didn't have to. They are extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of insurance companies. We recently had our roof replaced and exterior done in board and batten and we couldn't be happier. David and Corey were awesome to work with and the guys were very professional and the finished product exceeded our expectations. We have a townhome that had older wood siding, everything was removed down to the studs and replaced.
