From the very start there was nothing but issues. The company showed up without any prior warning. We have two dogs and need to know when strangers will be wondering around our yard. Then when they got to my house they didnt have the courtesy to tell us they were here to replace our shingles. They then proceeded to set up a microwave on our sidewalk and made thier breakfast. When we tried to talk to them about what was going on the boss was very ignorant. He stated that he did not need to inform us that the work was getting done. Once the work was actually started they proceeded to throw shingles all over our flowers crushing them. All of the work was shoddy and did not resolve the issues we had. The contractor said that when he looked at the roof he did it from the road and never actually went up on the roof. Working with this company was a great experience. Their quote although not the lowest was very competitive and the best part was there was not ups or extras at the end. They stuck to their quote and did a fabulous job. High quality materials and staff with a very through cleaning at the end made it all.
