I have seen him bend over backwards multiple times to make sure customers feel like they are done right by. They're only rare customers who try to take advantage of our company that I've seen him be a little firmer with. Joe is our office manager and sales manager. He does a wonderful job corresponding with customers, especially with all the work that he has to take care of in addition to customer service. The service you receive when you walk through the door is the same service the field teams give when they install your order. Zack is our shop supervisor and is very diligent to take accurate measurements and provide clear game plans for getting work done efficiently, and our shop team works together and gets things done efficiently and professionally. So glad to work with Rob Joe Zack and the rest of the guys. Very proud of the professional products and service they provide!

It is now the end of November and no fence and the only updates we get are when my husband contacts them. Yesterday my husband went to the shop and the promised they would be here today, November 23rd at 8 a.m... it is 8:30 and no show again today. We are now February 23rd and the fence has been completed and of course the owner brought the final invoice wanting a check THAT DAY! My husband simply said we would like to review the invoice please and will get a check to them next day. We have waited for a gate for 6 months! When my husband would ask questions about issues the owner would only push back and take no responsibility. In good conscience I can not recommend this company.

Mr. Ferrell assured me they could compete this work, the quality of work would be exceptional and the work guaranteed for 10 years (it's on my final invoice). WELL.....this turned out to not be so! I invested a lot of money into this project, but after just SIX (6) MONTHS the retaining wall and the fence began to lean. I spent two months trying to get Mr. Ferrell to come repair it, but he always had an excuse as to why he couldn't. Now the retaining wall and fence are falling and Mr. Ferrell is "REFUSING" to take responsibility for his lack of quality work. Basically, Mr. Ferrell will tell you what you want and need to hear to get your business, but I assure you there is ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY no service after the sale. I highly recommend you avoid this company. If you need to spend a little more to get a reputable vendor.....DO SO!!!

The owner came to my home looked over the house and I told him what we wanted done. He said he didn't know if he could do all we wanted with our budget. So I up'd our budget by 10K. When he got ready to leave he told me that someone from his business would be contacting me in a couple of weeks to come out and take some measurements and that if I had not heard from them within 3 weeks to give him a call, you have my cell phone number. Well, when I did not hear from anyone from him or his business within 3 weeks I called his office and was told he was in a meeting, so I left a message asking him to call me. The lady who answered the phone said it could be the next morning before he returned my call. I waited several days and he never called me. So, I called his cell phone and left a voicemail. I waited a few days and when he did not return my call I called his cell phone again, this time he answered. He told me he was in a meeting and would call me back in 30 minutes. That was over a week ago. In my view he is very unprofessional.

However, when I called them to come and install a carport at my mom's house next door, they were very quick to take my deposit. The very next day we found out that my uncle on the other side of the country is on his deathbed. I subsequently called my rep to advise that we were going to have to cancel the installation because we need to use that money to fly the family out there to see my uncle before he passes. I was told that my deposit is nonrefundable, even though it was not mentioned verbally to me. It was apparently on the document that I signed, but obviously I didn't read every single fine print and it was not mentioned to me verbally. I am being told that the best they can do is hold a deposit for any future install. This is ridiculous to say the least. A death in the family is a pretty good excuse and this heartless company is holding onto the $400 deposit as if they had started actually working on the account. This was a day after the visit so they didn't even start cutting metal or anything. And oh yeah, not to mention, my mother is recently widowed, 87 years old, and relies on Social Security for her income. The manager that was supposed to call me back three days ago has not bothered to call me to discuss this at all. I am disinclined to ever use them again, and if anyone ever asks me about this company, I will gladly share this.

His tactics are suspect to say the least. I asked the roofing crew to properly brace the new rafters down to load bearing. They did not. Josh Doyle again let me down about getting someone to come and properly fix the issue and brace the rafters properly. I would never use this company again for these reasons

I just had my roof done by Clean-cut. They came and did just as requested. I received a very good…read moreroof job and some extras. Jim spotted a problem as soon as he looked. The other roofers missed this one. I needed new flashing around the fireplace chimney. It was no problem for them since they have a metal shop also. They put extra protection at all the trouble spots on my roof, and did a great job cleaning up. Very good crew also. Polite and helpful. Thanks guy's Kylor
