Almost every…read moresingle time I encounter a problem from no one in the office and a sign on the door to cancelled appointments with no notification. I have literally confirmed an appointment showed up and then found a sheet of paper on door and no one in the office! Today my appointment was mysteriously cancelled. Said I didn't confirm so they cancelled and insinuated that they sent text so it's my fault I show up. Last week I brought my other daughter and had to wait 20+ mins before being called back. In the past , I've had billing issues with them as well. Also I've had issues with my bridge from the start and only now with a new dentist had anyone addressed the issue. Hygienists and dentists are really nice and depending on who you get you might have good care. Front desk people are nice but something in the process is broken as there is always a problem. They need secret shoppers or something as an evaluation of how they run the office needs review and adjustment. I would change but I was being too lazy and the location is great for me. But if you are looking for efficient and problem free visits, I would suggest going somewhere else.

Then told the Dentist would be right in, she took at least 10-15 minutes & I got up to leave & she rushed in & rushed with questions. 2nd visit on 8/6/26 for Dental Prophylaxis, but what was done was POLISHING ONLY - which took about 5 -7 minutes!! After she was done I asked if that was new to do the polishing before cleaning & she stated the dentist wouldn't examine unless the teeth had been polished (how odd). The entire time the Hygienist kept saying what nice teeth I had, and when the Dentist came in she kept saying it also and again, rushed to look at my mouth for less than 45 seconds, scratching my gum!! I just wanted to get out of this place ASAP because clearly they were not professional AT ALL and were paid by my Insurance for something they NEVER DID!! SCALING WAS NOT DONE!! WHO DOES THAT?! They made me a appointment and I went in. It was only a tiny sharp edge to correct. Only needed seconds to correct. Dr Novak was so angry he nearly ground out the repair. His assistant was in tears. She knew he had mistreated me. I told her I would never return and have not! He clearly decided to abuse me for coming back to have it corrected. I went to another dentist and had to pay to have the tooth repair again! BTW have you noticed the only good reviews were from many years ago? Recent ones are all bad.

I then had a brief (3-5 min) wait before I was so-called back for my new patient appointment. During my appointment, the technician and the doctor were gentle in handling my dental area and discussed my oral care. Everything was cleaned and done in a sterile way. I felt completely comfortable and included in the plan of care. I was happy when the doctor told me I had been doing good with my oral hygiene (since I am always nervous about a bad report), but also relieved that she had a plan for the issues I was dealing with. They gave me an appointment right away (a few other offices I called nearby were not as accommodating). Dr. Kevin re-did the filling on the very back tooth and closed the food trap between the teeth, which resolved the issue and now I don't get food stuck there anymore! He and the dental assistant (I'm sorry, I forgot her name but she was great), were very friendly and did a great job!! Dr. Kevin was very thorough and took his time to make sure he filed the filling down until I felt comfortable with the bite.
