The facility is modern, tasteful and comfortable. EVERY member of the staff is kind, welcoming, and gracious. I had an appointment this morning and when the hygienist was walking me back to the room where I was to have my cleaning, I was greeted no fewer than five times, by name, by people on the staff. I felt like a ROCK STAR! I needed to have x-rays updated and the hygienist was very gentle and sensitive to the fact that I have an "over-excited" gag reflex. The cleaning, polishing, and flossing were thorough and pain free. A service that Dr. Fortner offers is a cancer screening of your mouth. As I enjoy an occasional cigar, I always welcome this additional exam. I cannot recommend Dr. Fortner highly enough. The horrible employee at the desk was rude, but got her info. Dentist came in and accosted daughter verbally while she was alone. Canceled my appointment for the filling.
