Amazing service and honesty. Maria del Pilar and Tom have been excellent for multiple store purchases. Great used rolex selection as well!

This was not our first visit, but probably the worst visit I have ever experienced at a Boutique or…read moreAD. We dropped in this afternoon. There were two female and one male sales associate working with clients. My wife and I walked around the store and then stood in the corner patiently awaiting our turn. Mind you, this is a very small store, so anywhere you stand, you are within 6 feet of an SA. After a few minutes the male SA finished up with his customer who had asked to see a Land Dweller. I gave him a moment to gather it up and take a breath before beginning to speak. Suddenly someone walks in from the street and he begins engaging her and preparing a watch to demo. I apologetically ask the SA that was next to me already helping someone else, if I needed an appointment or if it there was a queue. She rudely dismissed me saying that they were all busy and that I would have to wait my turn. I was incredibly taken aback and confused and responded that we were waiting patiently, and that someone walking in 10 minutes after us was helped immediately. The woman who had cut the line awkwardly finished up very quickly and the male SA with his very dismissive attitude asked what he could help with. While the words he spoke were ones that suggested helpfulness, his look and body language expressed annoyance. He was upset that I called him out. He did not apologize for the oversight or the great lengths he had gone through to make no eye contact while I was in the store for 10 minutes. I asked to see both the 36mm and 40mm Land Dweller to compare and asked his opinion on the sizes. He just stated that the 36 was too small. No additional context about watch trends which have been trending to smaller traditional sizes, or my tastes, what was on my collection, or what role this would play in my life. Nothing more. He was clear in his communicating that he was saving his efforts for someone else with the way he looked around the store during pauses, the short answers, and the way we initiated our uncomfortable interaction. I remained polite as not being so wasn't going to serve my trying on that model. Once I had a good feel for the model, I politely thanked him for his time and bid him farewell. I'm not a jerk, even when I'm being treated poorly. Acting out only justifies their original behavior. It was a real disappointment, and not that they care, but this is the sort of aloof behavior that turns newcomers and long timers away from this once hallowed brand.

I love the show a big selection of watches there's a lot to choose from you can't make up your mindread more
