Great service!! When two of the prongs on my engagement ring had broken, I took it to Turley. Having read all the great reviews, my expectations were high. I am happy to say that they not only lived up to my expectations, but surpassed them. They provided same day service and asked me to also leave my wedding band so they could polish it up. This was an amazing experience!! I needed to get my engagement ring resized and I went there and had the pleasure of working with Charlotte She was pleasant and let me know all about ring before having it sized. It was done the same day as well! After wearing it for a week, I realized I needed it sized down again and Charlotte was amazing again! She only charged for labor which was a fantastic surprise. I brought two Polar watches for battery replacement while we were vacationing in Miami... saved on the shipping charges, hoooray! I was told 5-7 business days for the "repairs", which meant they would have had to have been shipped to my home. Not a big deal. I got a phone call less than 24 hours later telling me they were done and ready to go. I really liked their honesty about how long it could have been and liked even more the fact they turned it around in a fraction of the time. The woman working there was very nice. read more

We brought a ring to Turley's for repair. It has a few small diamond chips in it. We brought the "repaired" ring home only to find that one of the diamond chip was missing. We returned it immediately, and a new chip was added. The owner was in the store today when we collected the ring, and he charged us for replacement of the chip. It was only $50, but since we didn't lose the chip we feel wronged in being charged. Why doesn't the store photograph incoming and outgoing rings so they know what is present and what is not? My wife and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary in two weeks. We will buy a new ring for her, with a nice diamond in it, but we'll go ANYWHERE BUT TURLEY'S IN PINECREST! read more

Today I have to make use of Facebook because I am digusted with how I was treated by Turley Jewelry in Pinecrest. I sent a gold chain to be fixed, I mentioned that it might be 18 Kt gold because in Iran thats mostly what they use, so she said then the price was higher it would be $60 plus tax , they fixed for it to last 1 day until it broke again, went back and she said sorry that the chain has like 3 spots that where weak and it can break again, I told her why she did not mention it before I had it fixed, she did not say anything, I said I would then sell it for The gold, I asked that they could give me the credit so I would buy from them another chain, she then said that she is not sure my chain is 18 or 14 or even 12 Kt ,then I said that they charged me as an 18 Kt to be fixed, she said I am sorry but I have nothing more to say. They do not appreciate a client, and very fast to take advantage of you. So I would recommend to go to any other jeweler before them! read more
