Only 9 miles from the center of Hilltop, where I live, and 5 miles from Drexel in Bexley, they are very conveniently located. Usually, they make home visits to clean windows, pressure wash homes and roofs, clean concrete, clean decks, clean dryer vents, and repair and replace screens, among other cleaning and repair type services. He is not very professional in my opinion. I don't know how you can say you don't scratch windows when there is a first time for everything and you had just come from a construction site and your tools were probably dirty. Randy sent a text on May 26 to remind us of the scheduled appointment. You can guess the rest of the story. Come 8:00 am on Monday, no one shows, no one calls, and Randy does not answer the phone. When I later asked Randy if he had an excuse for his NO SHOW, he said window cleaners can't get fired for not showing up for work. No apology was given. Unprofessional behavior.
