This…read morefeedback comes after a direct, difficult discussion with the owner/manager of this family business to ensure there is no confusion regarding which location provided this experience. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience that started with the service department and ended with a complete lack of leadership. When I expressed my frustration, the manager's response was effectively, "service is bad everywhere." There was no apology or "how can I help?" Instead, I was given excuses about how difficult it is to find personable technicians and why I should essentially accept a subpar experience. It's clear management is more focused on preserving "margins" than providing professional service. If good service is hard to find, I'd still rather take my business to someone who actually tries. Being content with providing a horrible customer experience is a choice, and it's one this business has made. Recommendation: Save yourself the headache and go to Pony Powersports instead. They seem to understand that protecting the bottom line shouldn't come at the expense of the person standing in front of them.

I can understand not wanting to get in the middle of it but at the same time they tow vehicles not repair them so they shouldn't give out quotes unless they have looked and tried out what is being sold. My insurance company, Progressive, sent them a job to tow my vehicle.tow my vehicle…read more Progressive gave me an ETA of 10 to 40 minutes, then 5 to 35 minutes, then 22 minutes. 35 minutes, then 22 minutes. They never showed up. I sat waiting on them for between an hour and a half to two hours. I originally had tried to call them and got a voicemail. When I called Progressive back, they tried to call this company and also couldn't get an answer. Finally, Progressive said they would get somebody else to tow my vehicle, which, as of the time of this writing, I'm still waiting on them to call back. Not very impressed with either , at this point Edit: I finally called a local company and they came out within the hour. Still, not a word from "Fast Quality Towing"
