Ron called me to let me know that he was 15 minutes away and that he would call me periodically until he arrived to make sure that I was safe. When he got there he told me to get inside of the truck while he loaded my car, because it would be warmer and safer. Long story short he calmed me down and got me home safely. They never showed up. I sat waiting on them for between an hour and a half to two hours. I originally had tried to call them and got a voicemail. When I called Progressive back, they tried to call this company and also couldn't get an answer. Finally, Progressive said they would get somebody else to tow my vehicle, which, as of the time of this writing, I'm still waiting on them to call back.
