They took my young daughter, who had NO experience playing guitar or recording songs and they helped launch her musical career. Along the way they were VERY helpful and patient with all of our questions. When we told Chris that she was ceasing her sessions with him (to pursue music in Nashville), he was actually happy! I told him I was looking for a tuner but based on how he treated me I was ready to walk out the door. He showed no kindness towards me as he showed me the limited supply of tuners. They were all reasonably priced but I just could not spend my money in a store in which I felt as was not welcome.
