During the move, high wind caused my front door to slam and injured a mover. I was impressed because the owner came to check on the injured associate, sent him to be checked out, and stepped in for a 9 1/2 move. That is knowing the right priorities (the staffs health) but also insuring my move still happened (I would have understood if it would have been delayed another day).
